The room view is superb, best for the upper waterfall location. Staff is very helpful as they pick us up from railway station and also transfer us back. They help carry the luggage through the old town road which is very bumpy.

Grand étonnement de ma part quand je suis rentrer dans la chambre et que je me suis rendu compte qu’il y a de grande ouverture de 10 cm en haut et 5cm en bas des portes coulissantes laissant toute l’air extérieur entrer dans la chambre (1er étage) ! Le cadran de la fenêtre ne couvre pas toute la surface. Il faisait froid, je suis tombé malade malgré les rideaux épais. Heureusement que c’était pas la période de grand froid et que c’était que pour une nuit sinon j’aurais refuser de loger dans la chambre. Les « matelas » sont très dur, je pense qu’il s’agit d’une planche avec un matelas de 5cm.. si vous tenez à votre confort, je ne conseillerai pas cet hôtel même si le gérant est très accueillant et gentil.. et pour information, les serviettes sont en tissus jetable, donc apportez les votre. Literie propre et très belle vue comme sur les photos. Concert de musique de 18h à 22h sous notre fenêtre donc si vous recherchez du calme à vous de voir, après c’est plutôt dans l’ambiance et sympa. Ils ont accepté de faire le check-in plutôt ce qui m’a bien arrangé, dommage car cet hôtel a un très bon potentiel, quelque arrangement rendrai cet hôtel parfait
