Great
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.
SStuart22The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury.
+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins.
+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.
+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

LLapulanyanjidaoThank goodness, this hotel is a million times better than any I stayed at in Italy! The bed was soft, the room had a kettle and bottled water, and the front desk staff spoke perfect English. The hotel is also super close to the metro, right next to the Eiffel Tower, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and all sorts of restaurants nearby – incredibly convenient. The Seine River is right there too, though it was unfortunately flooded so no boat tours were running.
LLuoluohebaobaoThis apartment hotel belongs to the Accor group, so quality is guaranteed. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's respectable and comfortable. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, room 1003, which offered a view of the Eiffel Tower. For rooms ending in 02, the Eiffel Tower might be partially blocked by a large chimney in front of the building. If you specifically book an Eiffel Tower view room, the view will be even better. As an apartment hotel, there's no daily room cleaning, but it does come with an open-plan kitchen. Downstairs, there's a Korean Kmarket supermarket where you can buy instant noodles, vegetables, and sausages – perfect for a simple meal. Transportation is quite convenient. A quick Google Maps search will show you how to take the metro to the airport. Bus number 30 from right outside the hotel goes to the Arc de Triomphe, and bus 42 goes to Place de la Concorde. It's right next to the Seine River, and a 15-minute walk will get you to the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding area is safe. I recommend it for those with a budget under 2000.
SsknoseyOn quiet street so taxi pickup and drop off easy and near to small supermarket, bank and restaurants of various types. It is half an hour from central paris but i chose to stay here because I was near to who I was visiting.
My main bug bare is that the lift is painfully slow to come, to close doors, to go down. I am patient but this tested it. First time taxi drivers arrived before I could get downstairs!
Breakfast for an extra €12 is continental.
My room, the sink was a bit blocked so water took ages to drain. You would have to leave it and go but that is what I was usually doing so I didnt complain.
Only one door on the shower so first day floor completely flooded until I asked for more towel mats.
Its like a small local very old Travelodge but OK. Dingey and dark but if you are out most of the time then it doesnt matter. I would stay here again at a push. The lift just really got on my last nerve.

SsykhooPros
1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy!
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast.
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up.
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay.
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track.
Cons
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs.
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some.
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

My recent stay at Hotel Richmond near Gare du Nord was a truly positive experience, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
Location: ★★★★★ (5/5)
The location is absolutely fantastic. Being just a stone's throw from Gare du Nord makes arrivals and departures incredibly convenient, especially for those utilizing Eurostar or other train services. Despite the bustling area, the hotel itself felt like a quiet haven. It's also very well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore all of Paris's attractions. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes right on the doorstep.
Cleanliness: ★★★★★ (5/5)
I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. From the lobby to my room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The room felt fresh and inviting, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests.
Friendly Service: ★★★★★ (5/5)
The staff at Hotel Richmond truly elevated my stay. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness. The reception staff were particularly friendly.
Overall, Hotel Richmond offers a wonderful balance of convenience, comfort, and excellent service. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Paris!
GGuest UserThis hotel is a solid find for the price—clean, modern, and very budget-friendly.
However, my experience was dampened by the noise. Being located right next to the service elevator meant constant mechanical humming and the sound of carts throughout the night. I’d strongly recommend requesting a room far from the elevators if you’re a light sleeper.
AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers.
I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival.
Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris.
There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper.
The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel.
I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night.
The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars.
In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room.
It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****.
We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear.
Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us.
Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them.
We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day.
Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me.
I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug.
I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare.
As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
