Great
AAyeshaULovely stay at The Best Western Empire Elysees. Only stayed one night and was the perfect location with two metro stations nearby, Ternes and Charles de Gaulle - Etoile. But also about 15-18 minutes walk to Arc de Triomphe and to the bustling streets of Champs-Elysees.
We were 3 adults in one room and unlike some other hotels we have stayed in, this room felt larger as well as the bathroom with a double sink.
We had breakfast at the hotel, which felt a little cramped and there was no one to tell us where to sit when we got to breakfast. There were hot breakfast choices as well as cheeses, pastries and cereals. Was enough.
Hotel reception staff were friendly and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out as we had an evening flight. All in all, a very good stay.

AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.
SStuart22The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury.
+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins.
+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.
+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

JJeremylcyEverything was good and staff are friendly, 2 more steps to go for me to suggest this place to others. 1) the water refilling machines weren’t providing sparkling water as indicated. 2) the lift system seriously need an upgrade, most of the time only 1 lift working, 2nd lift could only be used only when the 1st one left the servicing floor, same goes to the 3rd, which I never see it moves. Oh ya, the sunrise was awesome, worth an alarm to wake you up for it
CCHOONG BBMy stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a terrible, pervasive odor in the room, so unpleasant that I had to go out and buy an air freshener myself. The smell was ingrained in everything: the curtains, lamps, and furniture, and it was strong enough to wake me up during the night. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and at times rude, making the experience even worse. While the breakfast offered some variety, it is supposed to start at 7 a.m., but it often opened much later, leaving guests waiting for about 15 minutes. The location is good, but the rest of the amenities do not meet basic expectations. The Wi-Fi does not works unless you pay extra for a faster connection. Room cleaning is not included either — it also requires an additional fee. The bathtub is unusually high and slanted, making it very uncomfortable and unsafe to use. The air conditioning functions poorly, there is no ventilation at all, and the windows cannot be opened, which makes the stay truly unpleasant.
Overall, this hotel does not deliver the level of service or comfort that guests should expect. I would not recommend it.
WWai See CindyThe receptionist was very rude when I checked in No greetings, no smile and had a long face. I actually did not know what happened to her. However, when I went down the next day, she was very kind and polite to the white people guest. I strongly believe she is discriminated against Asian guest. Another receptionist is very polite when I checked in two days earlier and stayed 3 nights. I stayed 5 nights and separated into two different periods.
TTina&TThe location of the hotel is very good, and the design style is also very exquisite. The only thing is that the suite given to us at the beginning was on the basement floor. It had windows, but it was still a bit damp, so we moved to the first floor the next day, and there was a skylight right above the bed. As soon as the sun shines on the bed, I don't know what to think.

Hh45him77Good location, very close to Metro stations and a quick ride away from most attractions and plenty of places to eat , Boulangeries and local shops very close by.
The hotel itself is very simple and I believe they serve breakfast etc.. too and there is a fully stacked vending machine (although pricey) for anything you may need.
Rooms was cleaned daily by lovely lady but shower was a bit dodgy as it struggled to stay in place but there was plenty of hot water and Air Conditioning too.
Worth the price good value stay!
RRod NorthWe've stayed here a few times now - mostly as it's incredibly handy for the Eurostar and the Gare du Nord (literally across the road). The quality of the rooms has definitely improved over the last year or so, but as with all Paris hotels, it's vastly overpriced for what it is. See if you can get a room at the front for a great view of the station and the general hustle that goes on there. It quietens down at night and there is good soundproofing. Rooms at the back are quieter, but less interesting.
The area around the hotel can look a bit intimidating, but we've never had any problems there, just don't be stupid. There are good eating options all around so everything you'd need is nearby. Breakfast is available at the New Hotel next door - and this has always been good, if a little difficult to find. Pay for it at the hotel.
The guy on the desk this time was very friendly and fun which always makes a stay more pleasant.
AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers.
I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival.
Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris.
There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper.
The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel.
I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night.
The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars.
In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room.
It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****.
We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear.
Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us.
Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them.
We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day.
Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me.
I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug.
I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare.
As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
