The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, when I first tried to enter the room, the key card did not work and required a reset. Fortunately, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly, so it did not significantly affect my stay.
The hotel is located in an urban area, which is very convenient. At night, it is easy to find food as there are many street food vendors and various meal options right across the hotel.
The check-out process was also efficient and assisted by friendly staff.
Overall, the hotel is comfortable for business travel, with responsive service and a location that makes it easy to find meals in the evening.

GGuest UserThe room is a decent size with view of the sea. The room needs a deep clean and carpet needs cleaning or replace. The gym is not bad but it’s turn off to use and sauna aswell. The breakfast is not bad but the omelette dish goes out quick. The staff don’t make it a less you ask I guess budget control. The housekeeping clean my room but not added small towels for each night. The hotel close to old shopping mall and few shops open coffee shop has fresh Doughnuts.

However, as a note, on the electronic room card, it is better to provide a user guide in addition to the door so that customers know to insert the card into the power slot on the room wall or in the order of how to use it when given at the reception. It is also possible if the door lock light can be fixed.

AAnonymous UserBlood stains remained on the pillowcase and the bedding didn't look clean. The cleaning condition wasn't bad, but it seems to be old. Maybe because it's the room next to the main road, it was noisy with cars and motorcycles at night. Soundproofing doesn't seem to be good either. Breakfast was neither good nor bad.
