Amazing
MM11177****This was the hotel I was most looking forward to on my Hokkaido trip. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. We booked a private onsen room, which was very spacious and even came with a massage chair. The kids had a blast playing in the room while the adults were glued to the massage chair! Soaking in the hot spring while watching the snowy scenery is definitely one of life's greatest pleasures, and the views of Lake Shikotsu are also stunning. We had so much fun playing in the snow. The roasted marshmallows in the hotel lobby every night were a big hit with the kids, and the desserts at the hotel were exquisite and delicious. Plus, there was a special main course prepared for children at dinner every day. There are also some nice little shops nearby with great food; the owner of the grilled fish restaurant even lent us a skateboard to play with!
GGuest UserOne of the best ryokans I have visited in Hokkaido
There are 2x 7 feet bed (very comfy), big projector in the living room, and the in room onsen was spacious and clean!
Clean and modern rooms with a smart tv
The room was overlooking the snow and unfortunately lake view was blocked by the snow.
Both dinner and breakfast were of top notch quality (we have tried many and they're usually very average), every dish was delicious and we were very full and satisfied.
There was also a free beer to each guest every night, big selection of black teas in the lounge and free inari sushi (which was btw delicious!!!)
Definitely 100%% would recommend to anyone that is looking for a last stop before heading to the airport
GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious for Japan, featuring three beds, which was ideal for our family trip. The facilities were also good. Its location is convenient for Chitose Airport, with a taxi ride costing around 2000 JPY. However, dining options right outside the hotel are somewhat limited. We visited during a holiday period, so all the Izakayas required reservations. Fortunately, there's a soup curry place and a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant right outside, which served as decent alternatives.
GGuest UserThe unit is clean and spacious, with facilities quite new and satisfying a family stay. The rooms are pretty the same as shown on the website. Though the location is a little remote, but it’s near a train station and quite easy to get a taxi using apps like GO. It’s sad that the nearby outlet is not open fully, with most of its shops closed. We had a wonderful stay and our family enjoyed our stay very much!
EEpianThe hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. Although the room is small, its modern minimalist design is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space and making movement easy. A nice touch is the provision of two-piece pajamas for guests. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed stay with great dining choices.
YYourHonestGuyThey provide free shuttle bus to the airport. But only for specific time schedule.
They have onsen, which is great. Location is near to Aeon which has everything you need.
Only problem is they split all our 3 rooms far apart. Hence the deduction in service mark. 2 rooms both at opposite far end of the corridor. And another room on a different floor. Tried to talk to the counter to put us all on the same floor at least, but he couldn't understand our request. Only keep informing me that we have 2 rooms on 1 floor and 1 room on a different floor. Which was exactly my point to request for change of rooms.
VValerie09Room was abit cramped (don't really have space to open our luggages fully while still being able to walk freely). But hotel makes it up with their amenities, decent breakfast, and the women's onsen even had a shampoo bar where you can select your own shampoos (named shampoo and conditioner brands) for showering before the onsen.
AAi KeeBed is too small for 2 persons.
This hotel is located very near Chitose station.
Many types of food are available, and I would recommend Victoria Station for western foods and its generous salads.
LLunzai ChongThe hotel is a bit old but the advantage is that it is very close to JR. There is an Aeon nearby, which is less than 5 minutes' walk. This place is remote and suitable for staying overnight before going to the airport. The hotel provides airport pick-up service, which is very good.
