Amazing
The service is excellent! The room is very comfortable and we enjoyed the room onsen bath and massage chair in our room. The food is fabulous too, I really enjoy the French dinner and the Japanese breakfast. It was a quiet and wonderful experience in Lake Villa Suimeikaku and we'll come back again.

We had a really fantastic time at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Resort which was a once in a lifetime experience for us. The area is beautiful and the spa has everything you need for a fantastic and relaxing stay. We stayed in a Premier Suite and the rooms are fantastic - fully equipped and spacious with all amenities, and a fantastic private Onsen to relax in.The staff at the spa were extremely friendly and helpful, and attentive to all of our needs. We'd love to come back some time and would highly recommend!

1. Located beside Chitose JR Station, just 2 JR station fr New Chitose Airport 2. Breakfast is simple and nice, good for family members 3. Welcome and drink and coffee are free at Lobby

a relatively new hotel with very good cp value. free parking in front and in back of the hotel. free public bath although it is small. free ucc coffee and tea machine inside the room. breakfast sets are both good quality and huge portion. i didn't use the airport shuttle. staff very patient. very good budget hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located very close to the railway station. It took us only 8 minutes to get to the arport from the station. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The reception staff is professional. They helped me to fill out the documents for the airline quickly.
