GGuest UserWe have great stay here . Everything provide by house owner so we dont have buy other stuff separately (brush/shampoo etc). Also the unit also very clean & aesthetic. The sea view from our room also very beautiful. Price also cheaper compare to other unit . Worth our stay ! Thank you 😍❤️ Will surely repeat again.

WWalleliebeEVAAbsolutely loved our stay! The room was so cozy, beautifully decorated, and every detail was meticulously thought out. Our host was fantastic! They gave us excellent, thoughtful recommendations for local eats and attractions, and even provided fresh seasonal rambutan and mangosteen on the day we checked in. We're already looking forward to the next durian season and our next stay here!

But i would like to feedback that the water dispenser only dispense hot water. Even we press warm.
Suggest to indicate LIFT LOBBY at the carpark. The lots given is next to Firemen Lift which unable to go to the house level. From the lots we unable to see the Lift Lobby. Please give proper instructions as it's really cause inconvenience to us especially we travel in group withs small kids. We also faced slight delay and confusion while trying to check in, as we didn't received Watsapp for instructions

GGuest UserNice view from the room, suit for a small family trip with group of 5. Parking entrance a bit narrow, default only have 1 set of house key and building access key. A bit inconvenient when one of the member has to go downstairs to buy goods. Overall cleanliness and facilities are good.

AAlbert5bExcellent stay! The front desk is open 24/7, which is super convenient. They have a pool and a gym, so you can keep up with your workouts even when traveling. It's also pretty close to George Town, usually just a 15-minute taxi ride. The room was spacious and very clean.

Simple cooking utensils are provided, including a rice cooker, making it convenient to prepare meals. The washing machine comes with a dryer function, which is very handy. The entire apartment complex feels secure, requiring a key card for entry. Additionally, the hotel's 9th floor features a swimming pool and fitness facilities, sufficient for basic workout needs.
Surrounding Facilities: There's a bus stop right across from the hotel with routes to the ferry and George Town. Within walking distance, you can find a supermarket and a food night market, as well as several small eateries to grab a meal.
Overall, a good experience.

蒋蒋凯伟Booked this great value-for-money hotel in Penang for the Chinese New Year holidays, and my entire family absolutely loved it! 👍 The 11th floor has a free swimming pool and a basketball court, which kept the kids entertained and made it perfect for a family getaway. The room was newly renovated, clean, and tidy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It's also conveniently located close to all the local attractions by taxi. The hotel proactively added us on WeChat the day before check-in to provide directions, and any issues we had were promptly resolved. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 👍
