The entire room and kitchen is very clean and organized. Love how simple and easy access it is. The bathroom also very clean. The facilities over there has many options. Few type of pools , sauna , gym , game room and Threate (sat & sun ) and etc.. Highly recommend places. Will visit again for sure in near future

The owner was incredibly friendly and even reached out to us about our stay before we checked in. Our room was on a high floor with a fantastic view, and the rooftop offers a wonderful night view in the evening. The room was incredibly clean and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this as the top choice for anyone visiting Penang.

The house was clean and tidy. The location was very convenient and it is near to most of the place that i wanted to go. The carpark was just in front of the lift so it was super convenient if bring along elderly, because no need to walk to far to the lift. I wound definitely recommended this to my friends and familys. I definitely be back here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment is spacious and generally comfortable, but the building is starting to show its age and some facilities feel a bit dated. The biggest downside is the elevators, which can be extremely slow during busy periods and sometimes require a long wait. That said, the experience was greatly improved by the operator, Uptrend Home Management. Their team was very responsive on WhatsApp, replied quickly to enquiries, and kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was much appreciated after our journey. Their customer service was professional and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, while the building itself could benefit from some upgrades, the excellent management and support from Uptrend Home Management made the stay pleasant. Would consider staying again.

Everything is nice, clean & very comfortable and the space is just right for 7 adults. The owner is very responsive and give good suggestions & advice. We like the place very much and will definitely recommend it to family & friends. Will book again if we come to Penang again.

Booked this great value-for-money hotel in Penang for the Chinese New Year holidays, and my entire family absolutely loved it! 👍 The 11th floor has a free swimming pool and a basketball court, which kept the kids entertained and made it perfect for a family getaway. The room was newly renovated, clean, and tidy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It's also conveniently located close to all the local attractions by taxi. The hotel proactively added us on WeChat the day before check-in to provide directions, and any issues we had were promptly resolved. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 👍

This time I stayed in a serviced apartment, and overall it was quite good, offering decent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, and everything was well-equipped, including a washing machine and a microwave. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance nearby, making it convenient for shopping and dining. There was always a security guard in the lobby. My companions were all very satisfied, and the overall experience was great, definitely worth recommending.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest. Truly a five-star experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Check in process is challenging, although instruction is given clearly, need to go up to the unit and collect the key and access card then only can access to car park for parking. Room is spacious, design is good, but it is already quite old, pillow case and bedsheet was unchanged. Downstairs room aircond not working with orange light blinking, as a result I have to shift the fan over. TV no tv channel.No towel and toothbrush provided, and worst there's no proper stand to store the toiletries at the shower area, shampoo and body shampoo were putting on the floor. Location is very good with many restaurants and cafes at ground floor. Overall I feel it not worth of the price for staying, should have put more effort to well keep the unit maintenance.
