GGuest UserWe have great stay here . Everything provide by house owner so we dont have buy other stuff separately (brush/shampoo etc). Also the unit also very clean & aesthetic. The sea view from our room also very beautiful. Price also cheaper compare to other unit . Worth our stay ! Thank you 😍❤️ Will surely repeat again.

GGuest UserThe house was clean and tidy. The location was very convenient and it is near to most of the place that i wanted to go. The carpark was just in front of the lift so it was super convenient if bring along elderly, because no need to walk to far to the lift. I wound definitely recommended this to my friends and familys. I definitely be back here again.

GGuest UserI stayed in a simple quad room during my CNY trip to Penang. The location was convenient, especially after crossing the Penang Bridge.
The room was clean and basic, with no TV provided. It has a typical hostel-style setup, but it’s definitely worth the money.
My family enjoyed our stay. The check-in lobby is on Level 9 under Sho Hotel, and the 24-hour counter made everything easy and convenient.

蒋蒋凯伟Booked this great value-for-money hotel in Penang for the Chinese New Year holidays, and my entire family absolutely loved it! 👍 The 11th floor has a free swimming pool and a basketball court, which kept the kids entertained and made it perfect for a family getaway. The room was newly renovated, clean, and tidy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It's also conveniently located close to all the local attractions by taxi. The hotel proactively added us on WeChat the day before check-in to provide directions, and any issues we had were promptly resolved. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 👍

GGuest UserVery good and satisfying. The facilities are complete, from a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, to even swimming goggles being provided. The location is also not far from the city center. However, the elevator can get a bit crowded during check-out times.

KKAI HOEI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest. Truly a five-star experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

CChris1986Check in process is challenging, although instruction is given clearly, need to go up to the unit and collect the key and access card then only can access to car park for parking. Room is spacious, design is good, but it is already quite old, pillow case and bedsheet was unchanged. Downstairs room aircond not working with orange light blinking, as a result I have to shift the fan over. TV no tv channel.No towel and toothbrush provided, and worst there's no proper stand to store the toiletries at the shower area, shampoo and body shampoo were putting on the floor. Location is very good with many restaurants and cafes at ground floor.
Overall I feel it not worth of the price for staying, should have put more effort to well keep the unit maintenance.

KKaiQi0428The location very Good, easy for us to go Georgetown and Bayan Lepas. The room is Very New! Clean and comfortable. Free carpark is provided, check in very easy, they have lobby at Block 1A , staff is very friendly and helpful.
