GGuest UserCleaning is too slow. I stayed for five days but never changed the bed sheets. They only collected the garbage every day and cleaned the bathroom and toilet once every three days. Everything else was good. The environment and settings were good.

DDustin MogleThe air conditioning unit was shoty and would get very very loud at times. Our daughter and her fiance slept on the fold out couch bed. When I tried to get a blanket for them, I was told they didn't have any and I was given a sheet. The king bed was very nice. Nice location and attached to the ******.

GGuest UserGreat customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s the best I’ve slept while traveling. Super convenient if you want to visit Omaha but be out of the hustle and bustle. There may be some things being renovated and the hot tub was a bit dated but the pool area was very clean. I’d definitely stay here if you want a great night sleep and a fantastic breakfast with many nice options!

AAnonymous UserThis is a comfortable and affordable hotel. The front desk manager was polite and professional. Check in was a breeze and when I decided I'd like to stay another night, the gentleman made that very easy for me. He did not raise the price and was very kind. The place was quiet and my room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The pool was a little bit cold and the ice maker wasn't quite working but other than those very very minor mentions-everything was perfect. 10/10 will be happy to stay here again!
