Very Good
GGuest UserLe logement était très bien situé et le personnel très gentil. En revanche, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas et l'eau de la douche était froide. Le séjour était quand même agréable pour quelques nuits.
KKmbrVery nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.
ZZanriThe hotel location is lovely and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The boats transporting guests to and from the town were always punctual and they were willing to take us very early in the morning when we checked out, free of charge. The staff are very nice and helpful, but I get the feeling they're each doing about two people's jobs.
The restaurant isn't very good. Half the menu wasn't available and the food quality was average, with the exception of the squid (when they finally restocked it). Coffee is terrible. Also, they advertise happy hour, but when we wanted to order cocktails, we were told that there was no barman on duty and we could only have beers.
The facilities need an urgent upgrade. The rooms are fine, but from the outside, it resembles a dormitory or, to be morbid, a mental institution.
Also, they advertise snorkeling, but we were advised against going in the water and the pool has very chairs next to it.
Not sure if we'll book again.
我我The room is large enough and the photos are honest. The room is not very good, but it can barely accept the bathroom is not small, the sink is also very large, there is a refrigerator, the TV is a bit old. The sea view has a small balcony, a small pavilion, a swimming pool, and the price is really good. Living here is really good. I stayed here for a few days with wifi. It's very quiet. There is no free shuttle service during the time limit. I think there are very few people who come to stay because of traffic problems.
GGuest UserThe place is nice, good location as well. Walking distance to manu establishments. My only concern is the maintenance. Overall our stay was great.
GGuest UserThis is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs.
The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour.
Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though.
The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.
GGuest UserSo far ok nmn malamig Ang aircon at my hot shower. Goods kung tutulugan lang. medyo old na ung building Peru ok nmn malawak Ang room at my terrace. 1 ride away from baywalk which I visited every night for dinner.
GGuest UserGreat hotel at an affordable price with the best view! The location is very convenient, close to the main street, but not in a noisy place, you need to walk about 10 minutes, or take a transfer from the hotel, which leaves every 30 minutes. Breakfast is varied and tasty; pancakes and omelettes are prepared upon request. If you are choosing a place to swim in the pool, it is better not here, it is too warm here and with a large amount of chlorine. The hotel is not new, but overall everything is good, they clean it every day! Thank you very much, we really enjoyed it 😍
GGuest UserOur stay at 89 Villas was okay. The room was definitely a little run down and the shower was always flooding.
We had no electricity and running water on our last night, which was due to a power outage in El Nido (which seemed quite common), so not really the hotels fault.
For service it was fine, the shuttle always came for us, but during the whole stay it seemed like they didn't really want us to stay there or weren't prepared for guests.
Together with the fairly steep price for the room, only 3 stars.
TTibayshinWe enjoyed their restaurant coz the staff was kind, generous, and helpful. The food was delicious, despite sisig was costly mischiefed (it was more expensive than in menu prices), it has a free videoki and disco, and water. We had plenty fun dancing at the disco and having fun with the other local people. The music was awesome and lovely. There most lovely thing is there is security (at both restaurants and hotel) that guards and guides.
The room we had was awful. There was no soap, no tissue, neither shampoo, a miserable room with cockroaches and ants, but we checked out earlier by mistake and we were checked in an upgraded room. The room was exclusive. Thanks for that.
