"Our stay here was superbbbbb. Masuk2 lobi je bau wangi sangat2. The staff semua helpful and very attentive, especially adik Hugo (if i’m not mistaken namanya) yang tolong simpankan luggage & tolong tekankan lif. Tempat cantikkkk sangat sangat. The sunset view from this hotel is soo magical. Makanan breakfast buffet pagi pun sedappp and banyak sangat choices. Bilik bersih, cantik, lengkap tiptop 💯"

"Aside from the hot water not being very convenient, everything else was great (it took about 20 minutes for two people to shower). The air conditioning, beds, and environment were all decent, and it only cost a little over 300 yuan per person (we were a group of four). It was also very quiet. Highly recommended!!! There weren't many reviews on Airbnb and Ctrip, so I was quite worried before going, but I was pleasantly surprised, hahaha."

"Amazing views in an incredible spot! However be warned - there is a VERY steep hill to get to the main road and the water, even though it is only a block away. Steep steps also within the hotel to get to the room; however the staff were very helpful in carrying bags up for us, etc. Absolute bliss relaxing in the pool with million dollar views and a cold bintang after a day of exploring the islands. There are many insects/caterpillars crawling around. But that is part of being in nature, and they are not at all dangerous in any way. Room service was very helpful in keeping the room clean and clear of these little friends when required."

"A really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!"

"The hotel is new and nestled on a hill, overlooking the seafood street. It's perfect for a relaxing stay before heading home, just kicking back and enjoying the hotel facilities. **Facilities:** There are three swimming pools, two restaurants, a gym, yoga classes, sea bikes, snorkeling... plenty of free activities and the paid options are also great value. **Service:** The staff are enthusiastic, but their answers varied quite a bit. For example, regarding the pool opening and closing times, different staff members gave different information, making it confusing to know what was accurate. **Food:** The breakfast buffet offers excellent value for money. For lunch and dinner, the à la carte options are also very good, with decent portions and great taste. **Room:** Our room was dry, comfortable, and bright, with a balcony. Every room has a great view and is very quiet. I particularly liked that the toilet and shower were separate. The bedding was comfortable, and there were plenty of power outlets, so no need for an adapter. The hotel also boasts beautiful scenery. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position."

"Communication was excellent, especially as the villa was away from the town it was very helpful getting help with arranging a car or guide for the day. The apartment was spacious and perfect for travelling with kids."

"I highly recommend this hotel. I think it's the best hotel on Komodo Island. They offer free airport shuttle service. On the day of our arrival, my child probably drank a glass of unclean orange juice and vomited and had diarrhea all over the sofa that night. The hotel picked us up and took us to the hospital early the next morning. When we returned, it was past breakfast time, but after we mentioned it to the staff, they brought breakfast directly to our room. The hotel didn't charge us any extra for any of this, not even a cleaning fee. I can only say that for a room rate of just over 2,000 yuan, we received hotel service worth over 5,000 yuan. The service is even better than the Ritz-Carlton Retreat in Bali. You can go for it without hesitation. Also, the food at that restaurant was pretty good. Although some people complained about the price, honestly, I've never seen cheap food at a five-star hotel. Isn't it all about convenience and comfort? I ordered lamb chops and fish, and both were delicious, especially the lamb chops – they were fantastic and suited to Chinese tastes! The bill came to about 500 RMB, which I think is acceptable. Also, I strongly advise everyone to buy bottled water. Some hotels provide bottled water, while others provide glass bottles. Try to drink less of the glass bottles, and definitely avoid water with ice – who knows what kind of water those ice cubes are made of? "Wonderful villas, new, impressive design of interior and exterior. Provided with all amenities. Very responsive staff. They helped us with all the tourists routes, bike rental and booking the boat trip around Komodo islands. Laundry is service is one of the best I've ever had.
