"I loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10"

"The room design was really good, with lots of photo opportunities. However, when we checked in, the AC was on full blast and it was freezing inside. There was also a strange smell, possibly due to being by the sea. I immediately turned off the AC, but I caught a cold shortly after and developed a high fever in the middle of the night. The main issue was that I couldn't order any fever medicine for delivery after 11 PM, which was very distressing and scary. My husband saw how bad my fever was and called the front desk to borrow a thermometer. The night shift front desk attendant was very kind and even brought me two fever patches, so the service was good. I'd recommend it for taking pictures, but not so much for just staying there."

"Watching the sea during winter, it felt just like home. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk lady was warm and efficient. Not only did she proactively recommend nearby snow-viewing routes, but she also upgraded us to a scenic room for free. When we had a lot of luggage, she even offered to help carry it to our room. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the main snow-viewing spots, and there's free parking if you're driving. 24-hour hot water, high-speed WiFi, and a clean self-service laundry room – everything was top-notch! I'll definitely be coming back next time! [Victory]"

"Very very good! It's really cheap, beautiful and clean. The whole villa is very warm, the room is very warm, the public space (1st floor) is also convenient and beautiful (the difference from the hotel is the human touch!), there is an open kitchen on the first floor, a bathroom as clean as the room, a big table (you can play board games with friends), a big sofa, a full-length mirror, and even tools for catching seafood. Sunset Bay is at the door, which is more beautiful than the sea in Qingdao and there are much fewer people. Thank you boss for upgrading the room during the off-season! It feels like an incomparable and happy accommodation experience. Fall in love with Weihai!"

"Service: From the moment we stepped into the lobby, a staff member was there to help with our luggage. They also pointed out the location of various facilities on the way to our room. All the service staff were incredibly helpful, and their attitude was simply fantastic – we absolutely loved it! What's more, when we returned from the hot springs in the evening, a staff member even came by to deliver complimentary snacks and yogurt to our room. Cleanliness: Overall, it was excellent. The room even had complimentary bottled mineral water available. Environment: Absolutely beautiful. The property is so massive, we almost got lost exploring it! There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety of options. Overall: We were extremely satisfied. A big thank you to all the hotel staff!"

"The proprietress has been providing services since before check-in. The hotel location and travel routes have been told clearly. The room is cleaner than my own home. Children dig sand toys are provided. The surprise is that there are disposable bath towels. My mother said that she will live in her house later."
