"The free shuttle service to and from Huangguoshu Scenic Area (one pick-up, one drop-off) was excellent. The service was thoughtful and accommodating, always ready to help. Breakfast was great, and the room was large and comfortable. Overall, it was very good. Regarding cleanliness, my friend mentioned the showerhead was a bit dirty, and the shampoo could be improved. Keep up the good work! It's great value for money and I recommend staying here. It will be even better with these improvements, and future guests will surely have a more comfortable stay! 👍"

"At the beginning of the month, my travel companion, “Peking Duck” (my child), and I explored four small cities in Guizhou – Guiyang, Anshun, Bijie, and Xingyi. We thoroughly experienced the karst landscapes, caves, waterfalls, and pastoral scenery, all in a comfortably cool climate. Here's a comprehensive guide to share with everyone! ⭕️ Guizhou Geological Museum (reservations required, closed on Mondays, last admission at 4 PM): You can book a guided tour with fossil restoration activities, which is very interesting. ⭕️ Qingyun Market: A great place to eat and explore (definitely try Guiyang's Sour Soup Hotpot – the flavor is unique compared to other regions). ⭕️ Yelang Valley (watch Nuo opera, two shows daily: 12:00-12:30 PM and 3:00-3:30 PM. Kids who enjoy crafts can try plant carving). ⭕️ I personally don't recommend Zhijin Cave for families with young children or the elderly! However, Zhijin Grand Canyon is highly recommended. Enter via the elevator, and the entire route is a downhill walk, making it very lazy-friendly. The scenic beauty is truly impressive and worth a visit! ⭕️ Guizhou Guanling National Fossil Group Geological Park (the fossil digging area is open, but the museum area will open in late July). ⭕️ Huangguoshu Waterfall (‼️ Water Curtain Cave requires reservations and raincoats are a must!). For a lazy-friendly approach: take the round-trip elevator and capture a panoramic shot from above. If you're not up for a lot of walking, you can skip Tianxing Bridge; seeing the main waterfall is breathtaking enough! And a shout-out to the park staff – every restroom is spotless, some even have toilet seat covers! ⭕️ Fenglin Buyi (consider going in the evening when the lights are on – the scenery is even more beautiful. You can experience Buyi culture, songs and dances, iron flower performances, and other unique shows. There are many fun NPC mini-games in the scenic area. Watching the iron flower show from a boat offers a more direct and spectacular view). ⭕️ Kids will absolutely love a full day at Wanfenglin! Fishing, mini-train rides, woodworking, tie-dyeing, fruit picking, making Ciba (sticky rice cakes), and so much more – they'll never want to leave! When they get tired, relaxing at a popular cafe is pure bliss! ⭕️ Maling River Canyon (known as 'the most beautiful scar on Earth.' The scenic area closes at 5:30 PM. For an aerial view, navigate to 'Maling River Canyon Parking Lot 2'). Tips: ‼️ Guizhou attractions can be physically demanding. If you're traveling with children and have limited stamina, opt for lazy-friendly routes. ‼️ Mornings and evenings are cool, but it can be quite sunny during other times, so bring plenty of sunscreen and mosquito repellent. ‼️ Some attractions require advance reservations, so plan your itinerary accordingly! ‼️ Bring raincoats for Maling River and Huangguoshu, and wear non-slip shoes. ‼️ For Zhijin Cave, avoid wearing long pants or white shoes as it can get muddy! The cave temperature is around 10 degrees Celsius, so bring a jacket. Among the hotels we stayed at, 'Peking Duck' loved the Huangguoshu Kaiyuan Manju Hotel the most. It offers many parent-child activities, new facilities, and delicious dining! We enjoyed a cool summer with temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius throughout our trip, without any high-intensity rushing. We experienced city life, majestic gorges and waterfalls, underground marvels, pastoral peak forests, and ethnic minority customs all at once. The best classroom is always on the road; what you see with your own eyes is far more memorable than what you read in books. It’s time to get out there with the kids!"

"Staying at Jiajunyue Hotel for the second time, as always, it is satisfactory. The room was clean and bright, furnished with childlike tents, complete facilities, and full living comfort. The hotel's supporting restaurant dishes are fresh and taste good. The breakfast category is very rich, hot dishes, noodles, salads are all available, the most pleasant surprise is that the breakfast has tasted the local specialty Zhengzong candy plum, it is worthy of the fruit Hermes, the pulp is full and sweet; the special Zhenning chicken cake is tender and full of flavor. "The first stop of the National Day trip, this small courtyard is simply the ceiling of this trip, highly recommended! "The room was quite large and had everything you need. The B&B provided a car to the scenic area. The housekeepers, Xiao Chen and Xiao Gan, were very friendly and helpful, helping with luggage and patiently answering questions. The Stone Village where the B&B is located actually felt even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. It was very close to the people, the water was very relaxing, while the Huangguoshu Scenic Area was so dry that it would make you run a marathon..."

"The room is very spacious, clean and hygienic. The hotel is very close to the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. It takes 5 minutes to drive there. The hotel also provides shuttle service to the scenic area. The three of us arranged an Audi car and there were no other guests to share the car. It was equivalent to a private car. Haha, thumbs up👍The breakfast was rich and It was said to be 7 o'clock, but actually we could come down to eat after 6 o'clock. After finishing our meal, we entered Huangguoshu Scenic Area early to avoid the large crowds of tourist groups. Turn left at the elevator entrance on the third floor of the hotel and you will find the laundry room, which is convenient for guests to wash clothes. There are two washing machines, one with a pulsator and one with a drum. The disadvantage is that there is no dryer."

"Booked two rooms! Highly recommend ~ comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a convenient location! We had a lot of luggage from our road trip, and they thoughtfully helped us load it into the car. You should try the tea in the hotel lobby, it's delicious. They even refilled our hot water kettle, which was very much appreciated ~ The location near the scenic area is also super convenient ~ there's a VIP service that picks you up and drops you off at the hotel! Walking to the nearby Zangxiangge restaurant for a meal is also a great option!"

"It was my first time staying at Jianglu and I was deeply impressed. First of all, the environment is unique and full of wildness, but the facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, study, Zen room, tea room, coffee bar, laundry room, and many experience activities, such as wax dyeing, boiling tea around the stove, making local specialties, feeding rabbits... In addition, the restaurant service is excellent, the breakfast variety is rich, and the beef rice noodles are so delicious! The prices for ordering food in the store are also very affordable. The most important thing is the meticulous service. There are multiple varieties of fruits, drinks, good night desserts, late night porridge and milk every day, and every staff member is super friendly. It is truly a secluded outdoor paradise. "The room was spacious. Although there wasn't much in the way of decor, it had everything you'd need. The bathtub was huge, big enough for two people. There's a dedicated underground parking space, which makes parking quite convenient. When you open the curtains, you see mountains, and even if you don't open them, there are no privacy issues, which is great. It was definitely worth it."
