"We stayed at this hotel from December 20th to January 1st! Its name translates to 'sea lullaby' in Russian, and it truly lives up to it! The hotel has a limited number of rooms, which means it's quiet and peaceful. We stayed in an overwater villa with direct pool access from our room, and the kids absolutely loved being able to swim anytime! The rooms are well-maintained, and you can tell the hotel staff put in effort to keep them in good condition. Housekeeping was proactive; unlike large hotels where you often have to chase them, here they offered to clean our room themselves! Linens and towels were changed regularly. Breakfast wasn't a buffet like in bigger hotels; instead, they prepared everything to our order, and you could really taste the care in the food. The beach is across a small road from the hotel, but there's hardly any traffic, so it wasn't an issue. For us, a big plus was having the beach almost to ourselves because most of the hotel guests are from Asian countries and don't typically sunbathe much. The sand is light, and the water is crystal clear! For beach activities, you can ride horses, and sometimes there are banana boats and jet skis. If water sports aren't available but you really want them, you can arrange it at the hotel reception. You can also order drinks and food from the restaurant to the beach. The prices on the main restaurant menu are reasonable, more or less the same as cafes on the shore, which is unusual for hotel restaurants, so we often had lunch and dinner at the hotel. Regarding amenities, a 7/11 is about 20 minutes from the hotel, but we borrowed bikes from reception and got there in 5-7 minutes. By the way, they don't sell alcohol there because a high school is nearby. In an alley, there's a small local shop where you can buy beer, rum, snacks, and other small items. Cafes, massage places, and laundromats are about a 15-20 minute walk along the shore. And here's a delightful surprise for us: it was our child's birthday, and the hotel staff presented a handwritten card with well wishes, along with complimentary ice cream and flowers! Our daughter was so touched and absolutely loved it! We've never experienced anything like this in other hotels where we've celebrated birthdays. Special thanks to the management and staff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. When we checked out, they even offered us free water for the road and ice cream for the kids! If you're looking for relaxation, attention to detail, and a carefree vacation, this hotel is for you! Thank you to the hotel and staff for our amazing holiday. We will definitely be back!"

"Great hotel and staff. The only thing that needs improving is the bathroom. Low water pressure together with low temperature means a poor shower. Just about adequate. But only just. Great view from the balcony and lovely staff."

"A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance."

"Beautiful small resort just seconds away from the beach! Theres also a nice pool in the center. For food there are some good seafood restaurants just a few min walk along the beach or you can call a car to take you more to the city area which is about 15-20 min. Huge shout out to the staff as they went above and beyond, made our first trip to Thailand feel extra special and loved:)"

"First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is right in the city center/next to the subway station/attraction, making it incredibly convenient to get around. You can easily walk to [nearby landmark/shopping area], and there are tons of great food options nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding a place to eat. Next, the room really impressed me. I booked a [room type, e.g., Deluxe King Room], and it was spacious and bright with a [style, e.g., modern minimalist/warm and elegant] decor. The facilities were complete and well-maintained. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. What I loved most was the [view, e.g., city night view/river view/garden view] outside the window – it was truly stunning. The hotel's service was simply impeccable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, every staff member was smiling, professional, and efficient. A special thank you to [specific department/staff, e.g., Front Desk Xiao Li/Housekeeping] for their prompt and attentive service when I needed assistance."

"Cleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking. On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good."

"This is a good hotel overall. The bed was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was as good as it should be. There were just two minor issues: 1. Not enough pillows were provided. 2. The TV wasn't working in the morning (I stayed over New Year's Eve)."

"The pool was the best part of this hotel. Super big and clean, also very functional. Hotel has a beautiful design and layout, very family-friendly, quiet, and IG-worthy. Service was excellent, amenities are great. The restaurant serves great food, but the variety could be a increased a bit more, also quite pricey for lunch/dinner. If you don't have transportation, then this location could be a bit difficult to go out and explore. The biggest draw back to this hotel is the lack of a beach. Rocky shores is what you'll find most times. When the tide recedes, you can go out and walk on wet sand but nothing like an actual beach where you can hangout."
