"2/12/26 In my experience, the customer service fell short of expectations and could benefit from noticeable improvement. A welcoming demeanor and simple courtesy—such as a genuine smile—can significantly enhance a guest’s experience. While I did not have particularly high expectations given the name “The Red Carpet Inn,” I still anticipated a reasonable standard of hospitality and upkeep. Unfortunately, the property did not fully meet those expectations. The overall odor within the facility was unpleasant and could certainly be addressed. Although the cleanliness was acceptable for an inn of this category, it lacked the freshness and attention to detail that would make guests feel comfortable. Aesthetically, the rooms appear outdated and in need of renovation. The addition of a few brightly colored furniture pieces seems to be an attempt to give the impression of recent remodeling; however, these accent pieces do little to disguise the overall condition of the space. The updates feel superficial rather than substantive—more cosmetic than structural. My wife and I only needed a place to rest for a few hours before catching a flight later that evening, and for that limited purpose it sufficed. However, I would not consider staying here for more than one night, and even that would be with hesitation. Additionally, the “closet” was not a true closet at all. It consisted merely of an exposed wall-mounted rod with no enclosure or doors, which further contributed to the unfinished and poorly designed feel of the room. Overall, while the property may serve as a very short-term stopover, there is significant room for improvement in customer service, atmosphere, and genuine modernization. Bright Spot would only be the Shuttle to the Airport that is included at checkout. This would be there saving grace."

"The front desk service was extremely inefficient, with a very long check-in line. We booked two rooms through Ctrip using one account, but the hotel front desk initially reported that they could only find the subscription for one room, then left us waiting. After contacting Ctrip customer service, the hotel front desk was able to find our subscription information again, and the entire check-in process took over an hour. The breakfast was very monotonous, lacking even pork and eggs."

"When we arrived we checked in and went to the room. I opened the door and immediately smelled something bad . it smelled like urine. I didn”t even go all the way in, but had my friends come up to the door. We knew we couldn”t stay there. Back to the lobby. He was very nice. He gave us another room. It was supposed to be newly renovated, but obviously was not. It smelled better so we stayed there. The breakfast was very good."

"We only stayed one night before a cruise but we were very pleased with the studio room, how clean the room and facilities were and how nice the front desk staff was. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again."

"Very clean hotel with eggs and meat for breakfast. It can be reached on foot from the beach. The surrounding area is very convenient, with 24-hour supermarkets and Wal-Marts. There is also a Hunan Chinese restaurant across the road. The meals are very affordable. There are spicy and non-spicy ones. The boss is very nice. Open until ten o'clock in the evening. Hotel parking is free. Recommend staying."

"Was there for business and was able to have 2 zoom calls by the bar during the day. Everyone was so nice leaving me to work after checkout. Place is very convenient to all.."

"Hotel is about 15 min drive from FLL Airport, location is nearby the highway, so don’t expect too much, I paid like US$180 for just one night, I thought is kind of expensive, as hotel is very basic, and they only allowed check in after 3pm, as I disembarked from a cruise ship, got into the hotel early, so unable to get any room available, went shopping at a mall near Miami, came back at 3pm, room still not ready, make to wait another 1 hr, till 4pm then able to obtained the room key, breakfast was nothing great, very basic & dining area look so cheap!"
