"We had a spacious room as we only had day packs. Triple sharing room. The Kevin Murphy sap to conditioner were impressive. And I love the bed, pillows and sheets. There’s hairdryer and an iron too. We slept in comfortably as it was quiet and peaceful."

"Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management and housekeeping are top-notch. The room was also very big. This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in France. It easily competes with five-star hotels. I booked a hotel over Christmas that cost over 15,000 for one night, and honestly, apart from a slightly better view, it really couldn't compare to this one. Highly recommend."

"I enjoyed our stay and can’t really complain however the night staff very rude and not helpful whatsoever we were having problem with our lights in the room not turning off and we called reception for then to be told at 12am it’s not his problem and his not a technician and hung up the phone we then went downstairs to explain that we can’t sleep with the light not off and can’t be very safe as can over heat. He then was very rudely telling us that not what he’s there for an nothing he can do I said I paid to stay somewhere where I should be able to ask for help and he then laughed and had a friend on the phone who was also laughing very unprofessional he then came up to check and removed the lightbulb which was still glowing in his hand and made us feel like complete ****** !!! When I told the receptionist in the mornin about this she didn’t see interested to say the least. Customer service from both night shift and this morning shift 0/10. Other than that an alright stay"

"The hotel's location is decent, but that's about its only advantage. When checking out, I asked for an invoice and a detailed breakdown of charges. They initially claimed the printer wasn't working and it took them forever to get it to me. Since my ride had already arrived and I needed to catch my flight, I asked her to email it to me and left my email address. However, I still haven't received it, and it's been 2 days. I hope it eventually comes through. Also, the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toothbrushes (you have to call to request them). But the toothbrushes they provide are of terrible quality – extremely hard and short, making them very inconvenient! There's no bottled water either; you have to go to a designated spot on your floor to fetch water and then boil it yourself."

"Such a comfortable wonderful stay at Nouvel Hotel Eiffel! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the hotel was cute, quaint, clean, and in a quiet area. The plus was that the bed was very comfortable and I had a very delicious sleep! The only concern for other travellers may be if they are bigger people with a lot of luggage this may be a problem, as my room was very small. But it worked fine for me although there was not proper space for my luggage, I still was able to make it work."

"This place was literally gorgeous not only for the price but also in comparison to the other places we’ve stayed so far on our road trip through France. Very relaxing and modern/chic private apartment with exactly what you need for your stay including a safe in the bedroom. The bed, linens and pillows were superb, decor beautiful, and a private patio terrace by the bed.. it is very noisy in the area as it is right by the highway, but once the patio door is closed you hear nothing. One of the nicest places we stayed that was still affordable, and they have a restaurant on top of the hotel next door, the music was quite loud but the atmosphere is beautiful, we recommend the steak, the burger and the chicken with gnocchi, also the drink L’impala was nice and light if that’s your thing."

"For the location it was very good value. We stayed one night. My double room was small but adequate for one person, comfortable and surprisingly quiet with very little street noise. Nice size shower, but I couldn't control the water temperature so had a luke warm shower. My friends had a family room to share with their 11yo and it was a generous sized room with a larger double bed and a lovely bed for junior, they also had a bath instead of a shower which is often useful when children are involved. The lift (elevator for you Americans) is a bit small & quirky and struggled to take two of us with luggage whilst two took the stairs but it worked. Paid street parking was available for us only 2min walk away, not cheap but acceptable considering location. Free between 8pm and 8am and I believe free Sunday/Bank holidays. I didn't realise Saturday was a bank holiday so thought I was paying through to 9.20am Saturday (from around 6pm Friday) but actually accidently paid through to 9.20am Monday, this cost €30 (£26/$35 as at Nov-25). I noticed an underground carpark only 7-8 minute walk away, but probably similar cost. Metro station 5-6 mins walk, several entrances but need to find main entrance to buy tickets. 25min ride to the Eiffel Tower. Didn't have breakfast at hotel so can't comment, went for a walk to get breakfast as I would normally recommend in Paris. Overall, I would stay here again at the same or similar cost. (On this occasion we paid; small double £68 + family room (for 2 adults + 11yo) £80 + city taxes £7.50 per adult paid at hotel)"

"The room was really tiny; I could barely open one large suitcase. There's a kettle, but the wall-mounted hairdryer is pretty useless, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. Beyond that, though, there aren't many positives. It's about a seven to eight-minute walk to the nearest metro station, Pernety, and the residential area feels safe. The bed wasn't comfortable, the duvet was thin, and the overall space felt quite cramped."
