"Hotel Raum staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable , and it had great amenities including an LG styler to refresh your clothes. The hotel is really well located - very close to the train station and the botanical gardens. The only blemish was that the included breakfast , which is provided by the ”Twosome Place ” franchise within the hotel , only offers a sandwich and a coffee as part of their offering. No complaints about the quantity , irs more that this narrow choice didn't carer to our dietary needs eg gluten free and dairy free options ( even for the coffee). It would be great if a wider range of options were available"

"The issue with this hotel room is that when you adjust the temperature, the air conditioner/heater makes consistent and weird noises. I stayed in a corner room on the 6th floor, and the shower was clogged. Not to mention, skip the breakfast—it’s not worth the money, as there’s barely anything to eat. The staff were attentive, but overall, this hotel is not recommended."

"Three friends from a long time ago met with their couple at Lightgaram and stayed one night in the hotel dream. Quiet and tidy rooms and spacious bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you need, so I only packed my personal items. .^^ There were only two lake view rooms, so I booked a building view, but I was grateful that all three families could enjoy the lake view. Yo. The living room separated from the twin bed has ample space and three chairs for two on the table, so it was great for three couples to gather in our room and enjoy the entertainment. The night view was beautiful, so I had dinner and took a walk at night along the bridge across the lake. The East was in a beautiful place with a beautiful morning view. The parking lot is not big, but there was a park public parking lot right in front of the hotel, so I didn't worry about parking. There were restaurants nearby for breakfast The corridor in the room was neatly arranged with extra bottled water and coffee makers. It was my first visit to the light, but the hotel was very satisfied and the trip was comfortable and enjoyable. I want to use it again if I have a chance later"

"The view was good right in front of the Peace Square, and it was convenient because there were many delicious houses nearby. This is a recommended accommodation if you travel to Mokpo."

"Parking was great, the apartment was quite big, was good that there was an in room washing machine. The WiFi did not work, as a work around the hotel provided the code of the WiFi from another apartment. Also the ac did not work since it was still winter season, we turned off the heating and opened the windows which cooled enough for us. Breakfast was good, we like local food so that was good for us. Location was bit weird as at night there are a lot of night clubs, young men outside to get people in."

"I had a comfortable stay in Gwangju, complete with breakfast. I'd love to stay here again. I booked for three people and paid extra for the room, but the breakfast wasn't automatically included, which I think needs to be fixed. It would be great if Trip.com could automatically handle these charges to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstandings."

"I used it for a business trip. It was in front of the Peace Square, so it had a nice atmosphere. It was nice to just take a walk. There are some good restaurants in front of the hotel. The clam and octopus salad is the best... haha What's disappointing is that I made a reservation that included the breakfast menu, but the counter was so adamant that they thought I had made a reservation by mistake and said it wasn't available... I was embarrassed. If I hadn't brought a printed copy of the reservation email, I would have starved. You can't make a mistake like this~"
