QQiyiyouzouThe hotel is in a great location in Hamburg, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. It happened to be the World Triathlon. The hotel is a renovated old building, and the room furniture is well arranged and convenient to use. There are many antique furniture in the wide corridor. The hotel spa ends a little early at 8pm every day. The gym is small, but the facilities are very advanced.

IitisjoI appreciated the staff allowing an early checkin before the actual check in time. I got the room at a discounted price during some offer and room was was very neat and clean. There are lot of restaurants near by and its right next to Lidl incase you need anything. Only concern was the location itself. It's about 11-12 mins walking distance to Hamburg Central station and the neighbourhood itself did not feel very safe with lot of people loitering around. I did not face any issues as such but it just felt unsafe to walk on my own at late night. If you are looking for short stay with easy accessibility to public transport and train station etc, you can consider this. Overall it was a good experience to stay.

XXingzououluobadezhuVery retro, very classic European style room, large space, outside the window is the downtown street.
The traffic is very convenient, very close to the subway station and the train station, just a few minutes walk.
The room was clean and the outside environment was beautiful. Walking around, very happy, there is a cathedral, micro-world. There are restaurants and bars nearby. We went to eat German pig hands and drank German dark beer. It was pleasant.
Very recommended! This time the choice is very wise ^_^

SShifu_58Booked this hotel just because it is ”Grand” and it live up to it's name. Never expect them to have concierge which is a rare sight in Europe. Perhaps we had been staying at cheap hotels, haha. But this hotel is not expensive considering the luxury of the room, the size of the bed, toilet even has a bidet and the view of the hotel back yard is pleasant

LLuisStuEin Super Hotel für ein Wochenendtrip in Hamburg, es ist zentral gelegen und gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Die Zimmer sind geräumig etwas kalt eingerichtet aber Geschmackssache. Man hat alles was man brauch und es ist sauber!
Das Frühstück bietet eine kleine aber abwechslungsreiche Auswahl.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

GGuest UserMein absolutes Lieblingshotel. Super Service, Sauberkeit und ein top Fitnessstudio. Ich fühle mich immer wohl. Schade, dass das Personal nach sieben Aufenthalten alleine in diesem Jahr nicht etwas persönlicher wird und jedes Mal wieder denkt, wir seien das erste Mal hier. Junge und nette Leute, aber keine familiäre Atmosphäre.
