Hamburg Hotels with Wifi

"The location is extremely convenient directly across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and with a subway station entrance and bus stop right outside. I felt very safe walking around even at night and the few homeless or other kinds of people hanging around were not that many and were not bothering others. There are many shops and restaurants and a supermarket at the train station but also right around the corner from the hotel is a busy street so easily walking distance to almost anything you need and a fifteen minute bus ride to the city center or the port and Reeperbahn area. It was extremely hot during my stay so no air conditioning was tough but most of the more normal weather times it would be fine. There is some city noise but it did not bother me even at night for sleeping with the windows open. A light sleeper might need earplugs though. There is only one small elevator for two people available for the hotel - the second one is still broken as other reviews mentioned so I wouldn’t expect it to be fixed. Taking the stairs down from the fifth floor was fine but not with heavy bags or going up maybe. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard for Germany but not a lot of extras or variety. It was good but not exciting. The best feature of the hotel was the spacious room and comfortable beds. I think it’s a good value for the space and location and would stay again."

"The perfect location in Hamburg for your stay. An easy walk to the Alster, the museums and the shopping district, and the main railway station is a minute or two from here, as well as all the fantastic local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good beds. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hamburg."

"The location is unbeatable, directly across from the train station and the Kunsthalle art museum. There's also a more modern art museum nearby that's free for visitors under 18, which I highly recommend (it's the Kunstmuseum, not the Kunsthalle, they're different!). Like many German hotels, they don't provide disposable slippers, so bring your own. You'll also need to request toothbrushes and a kettle from the front desk if you need them. There's one complimentary bottle of mineral water in the room. The air conditioning is quite loud, so it's best to keep it off if possible. If you're traveling with kids, check out the library in the second picture. The first floor has a large children's reading area, even with Chinese books. The restrooms there are also very clean. Inside the train station, the Mexican restaurant (pictured in the third image) is great for Chinese palates. The beef burrito is very hearty, and you can add avocado for a small extra charge, which is delicious. We ate there twice. The fourth picture shows a nearby bus stop. When you check in, you receive a free public transport card for use within the city, covering both buses and subways. You can take the #2 bus from this stop to Miniatur Wunderland in about three minutes, or the #6 bus in just one minute. To return to the hotel, you'll use the same bus stop as it's on a circular route. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money! The price was even a bit cheaper on Ctrip than other international sites. Highly recommended."

"🌟 _A fantastic stay from start to finish!_ The staff at Hampton by Hilton Hamburg City Centre were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and cozy—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Hamburg. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety to suit every taste. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport and major attractions. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg!"

"Good value for money and very conveniently located. Plenty of street parking is usually available in the surrounding area. It's a short 15-minute walk to the East Side Gallery, where you can see the 'Fraternal Kiss' mural. The property has three buildings, so make sure to ask the front desk which one your room is in before you head up, to save yourself an unnecessary walk."

"The front desk service was incredibly professional and attentive. The lobby has a lounge area with complimentary snacks and lemon water. Breakfast is rich and varied, and you can even take your coffee to go! What's particularly noteworthy is that I accidentally left my charger in the room because I was in a hurry. The hotel has promised to mail it to any address in Germany free of charge the next time I return!"

"Location in front of the station and about 10 minutes walk from the center. Almost new structure and good cleaning of the room."

"One of my best stays in Germany. The room was spacious, very clean, and I especially loved the strong hair dryer. The bed was also very comfortable. The only downside: The hotel is about a 12–15 minute walk from the nearest train station, but the route is not pedestrian-friendly, especially if you’re carrying luggage. During my stay, there was road construction, and we had to drag our suitcases across uneven, rocky ground, which made the walk quite tough."

"The hotel location is perfect, but the parking fee at the hotel is quite expensive, as it operate by other, APCOA. Public facilities are a bit aging e.g. swimming pool and gym, however, equipments are in good maintenance. The service are almost all okay, except the housekeeping part, who knock my door many times while I was packing my luggage, as it's nearly check-out time."
