"Hotel is located in walking distance of Hamburg Hbf, which is very convenient! Small downside is, that there are quite some homeless people and ******* around these kind of areas. We observed a ****** who was checking out a stolen (?) bag for its content on two nights while we were walking back to the hotel.
Another advantage is the proximity of a car rental, which even allows for the cars to park there over night, so that one does not need to book the hotel

Rooms were ok, on lower floors with aircon and window can be opened. Bf was fine, but there was not enough space for the huge amount of guests, so they opened some rooms next to the main bf room, partly without electricity, which means that we had bf in the dark 😊.
Gym has no mats for Yoga or the like.
Showercaps have to be requested.
Executive lounge just good for fetching some extra drinks or small snacks, but nothing special.

"We don't know have to go to other hotel to check in and get the key. It would be great to have the information when making the booking. It's really annoying when we have late arrival and rainy day, we still need to carry our luggage to other hotel and come back.
Also, they have few homeless sitting in front of the entrance. They are nice and polite but I still feel unsafe.
I have paid for the Breakfast, but the reception said didn't see it in my booking. He was kind and maybe can feel that I am already exhausted and anger. He just gave me a Breakfast voucher and WiFi password. If not I think I will have a long waited until he found out the package until midnight.
Breakfast have to go to the hotel which we have checked it."

"One of my best stays in Germany. The room was spacious, very clean, and I especially loved the strong hair dryer. The bed was also very comfortable.
The only downside: The hotel is about a 12–15 minute walk from the nearest train station, but the route is not pedestrian-friendly, especially if you’re carrying luggage. During my stay, there was road construction, and we had to drag our suitcases across uneven, rocky ground, which made the walk quite tough."

"The location was more than perfect, close to the train station and very close to the subway which you can go wherever you want. The hotel offers free cards for the bus and underground train but you have to be a member of the H-Rrwards club.

bed was comfortable but the air conditioning was not as expected not AC only fun and was a little bit hot .
Facilities not so good not as stated in Trip home page .We need to ask the reciption for every thing . T.ex to get slipers as it was not in the room and there was no electric kettle so we asked them to provide as but they stated we can provide only for medical reason don’t understand exactly what they mean .but we got one . any how also you have to ask the reception to get one bottle water and to clean your room .

"The perfect location in Hamburg for your stay. An easy walk to the Alster, the museums and the shopping district, and the main railway station is a minute or two from here, as well as all the fantastic local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good beds. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hamburg."

"The service was great that breakfast was not cheap with € 29 but great ! Unfortunately the dinner was not so good for us, so we also enjoyed it ONLY 1x !!! That was the washing basin in the living. /-sleep room is a little habitual, the industrial footing is unfortunately too cold in the cold season, for the use of TV, coffee machines, lighting, etc should there be a instruction for use !!! Unfortunately there are only few hotel parking sites and the entrance from the Str. is only to be seen on the 2nd view, if high traffic or bad view, the entrance should be better/previously detectable !!!"

"The hotel location is perfect, but the parking fee at the hotel is quite expensive, as it operate by other, APCOA. Public facilities are a bit aging e.g. swimming pool and gym, however, equipments are in good maintenance. The service are almost all okay, except the housekeeping part, who knock my door many times while I was packing my luggage, as it's nearly check-out time."

IItdoesntmatterwhofirst of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

The beds were clean, as was the bathroom (in an 8-bed mixed dorm). The only downside was the street noise, which was quite noticeable in the room; otherwise, it's a good option for short stays.

PPeterKThe location is extremely convenient directly across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and with a subway station entrance and bus stop right outside. I felt very safe walking around even at night and the few homeless or other kinds of people hanging around were not that many and were not bothering others. There are many shops and restaurants and a supermarket at the train station but also right around the corner from the hotel is a busy street so easily walking distance to almost anything you need and a fifteen minute bus ride to the city center or the port and Reeperbahn area. It was extremely hot during my stay so no air conditioning was tough but most of the more normal weather times it would be fine. There is some city noise but it did not bother me even at night for sleeping with the windows open. A light sleeper might need earplugs though. There is only one small elevator for two people available for the hotel - the second one is still broken as other reviews mentioned so I wouldn’t expect it to be fixed. Taking the stairs down from the fifth floor was fine but not with heavy bags or going up maybe. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard for Germany but not a lot of extras or variety. It was good but not exciting. The best feature of the hotel was the spacious room and comfortable beds. I think it’s a good value for the space and location and would stay again.

Hopefully I was on first floor so it's ok.
Wifi is disconnecting every couple of minutes (in room 158) which is very annoying.
Coffee machine at the lobby is poorly maintained, clean cups are not regularly refilled.
The way from Berlinor Tor (U & S bahn Station) is under improvement works.
That means a huge amount of stairs to get from the station to the hostel

GGuest UserLage für einen Stadion- oder Barclaycardarenabesuch unschlagbar, weil beides unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten das Glück den letzten Kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu ergattern, sehr erfreulich ;-) Am besten also nicht zu spät anreisen! Online-CheckIn gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Das Zweibettzimmer im Industriebetonstyle ausreichend groß, ohne Schränke, ohne Coffee Making Facility, ohne Kühlschrank/Minibar und kleinem/halben Kopfkissen! Ein merkwürdiger Geruch durchströmte das Zimmer, erinnerte ein wenig an Baustelle. Das Fenster zu öffnen schien die Lösung, es konnte aber nicht durchgängig offen bleiben, weil Zimmer 201 zur Straße ging und diese sehr lange und sehr früh stark befahren war. Zudem machte sich duch Gäste die Nachts vor dem Hoteleingang sehr lange laut waren weiterer Lärm unangenehm breit. Die Internetnutzung wurde erst durch umfassende lästige umständliche Anmeldung zum Reward/Hotelprogramm möglich. Warum...? Das Bad ist modern, neu, die Dusche gut. Wünschenswert wäre ein Stromanschluß und Zahnputzbecher, der nicht aus Pappe und damit mehrfach nutzbar wäre sowie Möglichkeiten Handtücher gescheit aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück haben wir im Paket mit der Übernachtung günstiger als für die angezeigten 14 € pro Person erhalten. Dieses war gerade noch ok, die Auswahl nicht besonders groß, an zwei Kaffeeautomaten bildeten sich recht lange Schlangen. Keine wirkliche Empfehlung für 14 €! Der CheckOut war unkompliziert und freundlich.

GGuest UserОтель находится рядом озером. Есть где прогуляться заняться пробежкой. Вечером на озере с отличным видом можно поужинать. Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

MMaxwell AkwasiWe didn't have any issues with booking our flight, but unfortunately, the hotel experience was very disappointing. The assistant front desk manager who helped us when we arrived was quite rude. We ended up waiting in line for over two hours, with many other guests behind us. While waiting might not seem like a big deal, the assistant manager's unfriendly attitude made it feel much worse. It seemed like they didn’t know how to provide good customer service or communicate well. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
