AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very similar to a Japanese business hotel and was incredibly practical. It's just about walkable from the central station, and since the path is mostly flat, it was fine even with a large suitcase. There's also a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away.
On the first floor, you can enjoy unlimited coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate from a machine. Tea bags for black tea and green tea are also available. Plus, there's a very convenient self-service section with snacks, sandwiches, and instant cup noodles.

AAnonymous Userlocation not bad with bus stop outside the hotel and around 15-20min walk to hbf. hotel was clean and provided free minibar & coffee machine, as well as still and sparkling water. beds were comfortable with super soft pillows. staff were all v friendly :)

IItdoesntmatterwhofirst of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

There are many transport options around, though there are cooler areas to hang out in. The WC and shower are very tiny, but the Dre’s a bigger bathroom in the corridor and the dorm itself is spacious. Loved the ease of the paid lockers too

IitisjoBest thing was location. Right across the Hamburg Central Station and less than 2 mins of walk. Close to lot of restaurants, super markets, bus stops, airport train etc. The hotel itself was decent enough and cheap for the days I booked. They had a simple breakfast spread which was still nice for the total cost included in the room. It looks a bit old from interiors but maintained well in terms of cleanliness. If you are looking for a hotel for close accessibility, you can consider this.

GGuest UserОтель находится рядом озером. Есть где прогуляться заняться пробежкой. Вечером на озере с отличным видом можно поужинать. Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).
