GGuest UserA fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay
JJianqiaodeyunThis is a beautiful, niche, Portuguese-style local high-end brand hotel. Although the hotel was almost full at the time of check-in, all my requests, large and small, (including changing the room twice because of fear of noisy) were not satisfied. On the night of arrival, enjoy local traditional dance music while dining by the pool, and have a special taste in the candlelight. All the staff are friendly and professional. A delicious breakfast for a few days was served with the meticulous care of the new chef. The fruit plate that was not finished afterward was also delivered to the room for free. Picture 3 is a healing spring for Jews for 200 years, and there are still many Jews who specialize in soaking. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and it is a variety of shopping and attractions. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.
GGuest UserStayed at the hotel for a night, and it was a great experience. The staff is polite and friendly; always willing to help!
Highly recommend this hotel by the airport.
GGladston Pereira“A great stay in the heart of the city!”
Nice hotel, centrally located with easy access to Shopping, restaurants, cinema and other key places to visit in Kochi. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on the first floor is excellent. Don’t miss their buffet lunch and dinner — both offer a fantastic variety and quality. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThis hotel should be completely renovated. We thought the Abad Atrium would be the same as the Abad Plaza, which is right in front. Both are the ”Abad” hotel. The first room we got had a really bad smell in the bathroom, with appeared dirty, but may have been old rust/stain. We got moved to another room, where the toilet flush didn't work, and the sink didn't drain properly. Finally, we asked to be moved to the Abad Plaza hotel, right in front of the Atrium, which they did (after some resistance). The Plaza is excellent, clean, everything works. The staff is very nice in both places, but this Abad Atrium hotel, please avoid it.
RRina LamsalWe stayed total 4 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it a lot! Amazing breakfast and lounge service. For the farewell we got a personal cake from the dining room manager. It’s was very touching 🥰
RRekha Rao8The hotel looks very quaint with lots of heritage. It has a resort feel with gorgeous yellow coloured umbrellas and sunbed at the pool area. Good breakfast spread. What could be improved: the rooms and bed are quite old, an upgrade would be timely! In the toiler, u will need to shower in the bath tub not too friendly for elderly. But the staff are very friendly and food is good.
DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
