Perfect location, super good value for money, everything were nice - from accommodation to the whole facilities and staff. Very relaxing getaway. Definitely coming back.

I only stayed here one night flying in late and catching a ferry the next morning. The hotel is in a great spot to take a walk along the water that night, and then super easy to walk to the ferry terminal the next morning. Very nice hotel and a huge room. Staff was awesome, too. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dumaguete.

Lavagni Beach and Dive Resort In April, we rested at the Lavania Hotel. I really enjoyed the city of Zambogita within walking distance. Shops, market, pharmacy, fruit. All in all, there's everything for a cute getaway Wonderful and caring hosts Ron and Kim. Great scuba diving and diving under the direction of the hotel owners! I recommend this corner of the Philippines to tourists

The hotel is close to a mall, which is very convenient for dining as there are many options inside. It's also near the airport. However, the hotel facilities are old. The shower water never gets hot, no matter what I tried. The sink water is slightly warmer than the shower, but still not hot enough. The tiles in the shower room are cracked, and when you step on them, a foul-smelling water oozes out. The windows have very poor sound insulation; you can clearly hear the motorcycles from the street, which is very noisy. It might be bearable if you're only staying for one night.

The hotel is very new and there are no street lights around at night. The hotel is not far away. The room is small but clean and tidy. The air conditioner is too loud, which may affect sleep at night. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel (convenient to buy daily necessities), There is a small shop opposite the hotel (you can buy a phone card) The hotel is very close to the Dumaguedi Pier, 5 minutes walk to the pier ⛵️. The saying you get what you pay for rings true with this hotel. The room was clean but lacked natural light. What’s more the hotel ran out of butter. Sad but true 😔

Big apartment, 80 squares. Big area with children is a great option. The only thing that didn't work microwave oven, but it was and not needed. There is a gas stove and a refrigerator. Air conditioning works well

The room is large and the facilities are relatively complete, but the quilt is a bit thick. Although there is air conditioning at night, it is still hot. You can dive in the sea near the hotel swimming pool and see turtles. The female owner of the hotel's diving shop is very enthusiastic and lent us life jackets for snorkeling. The hotel service staff are very hospitable and the experience is excellent.
