Advantages: The facilities in the house are excellent, the room is very large, and it is very close to the sea, suitable for soaking in the hotel for vacation. The hotel is small, very quiet, and the shop manager and staff are professional and friendly. Unfortunately, in time for the typhoon, the dive shop manager arranged to go to Apo Island ahead of time and saved our trip. I spent the last two days learning a hyperoxia course. I only stayed here one night flying in late and catching a ferry the next morning. The hotel is in a great spot to take a walk along the water that night, and then super easy to walk to the ferry terminal the next morning. Very nice hotel and a huge room. Staff was awesome, too. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dumaguete.

This hotel was a temporary stopover, and I must say, the environment was exceptionally good, and the facilities were very new. They have a pool, and breakfast is served as a set menu. It's built as individual villas, which is nice, but the only downside is the lack of an elevator. This could be a bit inconvenient for older guests going up and down.

The hotel is close to a mall, which is very convenient for dining as there are many options inside. It's also near the airport. However, the hotel facilities are old. The shower water never gets hot, no matter what I tried. The sink water is slightly warmer than the shower, but still not hot enough. The tiles in the shower room are cracked, and when you step on them, a foul-smelling water oozes out. The windows have very poor sound insulation; you can clearly hear the motorcycles from the street, which is very noisy. It might be bearable if you're only staying for one night.

This was our second stay, this time a room with a window overlooking the ”garden.” However, it turned out to be a planted hallway. Not really my cup of tea, but everything else was booked. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.

I really liked the location. Family hotel right on the beach. Cozy courtyard. Black sand. Tides do not interfere with swimming, which is important in the Philippines. The food is good in the hotel cafe. All guests were invited to Christmas dinner! For free! We had fun and played games. This is considered the best place for swimming in Dugamete (Dauin)
