Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, a rich and satisfying breakfast, an amazing tour of the pineapple plantation, and a fantastic location.

Handling for $150 is very strange. The hotel itself is comfortable, quiet, the location is good. The spa was not able to go, but overall everything was good. Хороший отель. Все чисто и аккуратно. Номера немного тесноваты. В спа зоне очень мало лежаков для гостей. А так все прекрасно. У нас был ранний чек аут и мы не попадали на завтрак, нам любезно собрали боксы с едой с собой в дорогу.

This place was really fantastic! The check-in is a bit late, but has a large waiting area on the 1st floor with plenty of sofas. The pool bar is just around the corner where you can grab a bite and refreshment. Great place. I ll definitely stay there again.
