Beihai Hotels with Pools

This place deserves five stars – absolutely flawless, even exceeding expectations! 1. Even before check-in, the butler created a chat group. My requests were met with almost instant replies, and any questions could be addressed directly in the group. 2. At the pier, someone was waiting with a sign to pick us up. Upon arrival, staff helped with luggage and handled the check-in process. 3. Right after entering, we received a welcome kit with an umbrella, mosquito repellent bracelet, a mini-fan, and aloe vera gel – incredibly practical given the island's strong sun and numerous mosquitoes. 4. Our room had a private pool/plunge pool, and stepping outside led to a larger pool that directly connected to the sea. Relaxing in the pool while watching the ocean was so therapeutic. 5. The service was perfectly balanced – not intrusive, but always responsive to our needs. The butler was available 24/7, the poolside water was always full, and towels were replaced promptly. 6. Breakfast could be ordered in advance via phone and was delivered to the room without limit. The rice noodles and ice cream toast were especially delicious. 7. Dinner reservations could be made in advance. We happened to catch a breathtaking 'fire cloud' sunset that evening. 8. When my slippers didn't fit, the butler immediately brought new ones. Attention to detail was impeccable. 9. Upon entering the room, the butler thoroughly explained how all switches and facilities worked – very responsible. 10. I highly recommend all three meals. They were tastier than the popular spots on the island, and you could choose to have them delivered to your room or dine in the restaurant. Prices were also reasonable. Summary: The service was thoughtful but not annoying, the facilities were comfortable, the views were unbeatable, and the dining was a major plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Weizhou Island.

The check-in process was very comfortable. We stayed in a house with a yard on the first floor. The room was clean and tidy, but I don't think it was necessary. It would be better to stay in the garden room in front of the swimming pool. The price is cheaper. There is afternoon tea, which is exquisite and fresh, and breakfast service, which is clean and hygienic. We were picked up at the pier and received a small collection of shells and conchs as a delicate gift. The most surprising thing was that I took life-like photos during the free photo shoot offered by the hotel. The photographer lady understood me so well. Love it, already set as wallpaper! The hotel has small electric donkeys for rent. Shiluokou Beach is right downstairs from the hotel. I regret not taking a good walk there. Cons: The lights in the hotel are too dim. Hot water takes a long time to drain. The hotel is not too close to the Sports Park, Nanwan Old Street and other centers

This time, I traveled with my family all the way from Suzhou to Beihai. To be honest, Beihai was the core destination of our trip, and we planned to stay there for 3-4 nights. The Marriott was highly recommended and ranked as the number one resort hotel in the area. However, after staying there, I felt that despite its sea view location, many of the accompanying services were lacking. For instance, when we went to the restaurant, no one guided us to a table; we had to find one ourselves. Also, clearing dishes wasn't very prompt; in fact, on the second day, no one cleared them at all, even after we finished eating. Additionally, the fish tank was broken, and despite reporting it twice, it was never fixed by the time we checked out. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the hotel had a full schedule of activities for children every day. I just feel that for the amount of money I spent at this hotel, the overall service and amenities didn't meet my expectations. Some basic things weren't even done. So, for those who haven't been or are considering this as an option, my advice is: if you're not particularly bothered about a direct sea view, there's no need to book this kind of hotel. You can easily book a mid-range hotel like a Hanting or Atour about 2-3 kilometers away. I think they are more standardized, and you can even wash kids' clothes there. Most importantly, those hotels aren't too far from the beach; you can just rent a small electric scooter and ride over in no time, as Beihai isn't that big anyway.

Perhaps due to the Spring Festival and the island location, the rooms were relatively nicer than some other guesthouses in the area. However, the bathroom was hard to describe. It wasn't dirty, but rather it had accumulated grime over time, making it look quite uncomfortable.

Before the start of the trip to Silver Beach, I did a lot of strategies, but it was inevitable that I fell into a trap. On the first night of staying in Silver Beach, I stayed at another homestay. The restaurant I recommended to a family of four spent 1,300 yuan on seafood meals. Fortunately, I + my wish before. The fan group of Brother Zhou of the homestay, as an envoy of justice in Beihai, in order to maintain the tourist environment of Silver Beach, Brother Zhou communicated with the merchants until after 12 o’clock in the evening, and received a refund of 200 yuan for the meal in the early morning. The mood at that time was beyond words , I immediately decided to choose Wuyuan B&B to continue my stay. It was raining heavily the next day, and Brother Zhou came to pick us up. I was amazed at once. The free upgrade to the superior double room is great, very warm, and even the quilt is full of sunshine Taste, I also took us to the seafood market and had two super delicious seafood meals. The two meals added up to less than the price of the first night. Come to Beihai Silver Beach and live in Wuyuan B&B. Brother Zhou will take you to fly ! The front desk service is very good, enthusiastic, and helps with travel transportation. The room is new, the apartment facilities are good and quiet, and the community is very new. I mainly went to the mangrove forest to play, and went to the nearby Binhai International Wetland Park to play in the sea, play on the mudflats, and take pictures. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the homestay. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi from the homestay to Silver Beach. There is a canteen in the community, which is in a leisure activity center. You can go there for a walk. There is a pool.

The boss was very considerate and turned on the air conditioner for us in advance. As soon as we arrived at the B&B, he came to help us with our suitcases. He was very enthusiastic. The TV in the room won't turn on, come and help immediately. Very satisfied. It was just that the weather was cool this time, so it was a pity that I couldn't swim. The swimming pool in the B&B is also great. It is very close to Silver Beach. We go to the beach to play every day after waking up. The children are very happy.

Guantouling is a bit out of the way, so if you're not staying at a hotel here, I wouldn't recommend coming. If you're at the Sheraton, everything you need is right there. The beach is very close, and you can rent electric scooters at the entrance to ride to sights like 'Hai Ku Shi Lan' (literally 'sea dry stone rotten', a scenic spot) and Sunset Beach, which are all nearby. A suggestion: the customer service at the entrance is a bit poor; no one helped with our luggage. We had to wait from 12 PM until 2 PM to check in. The efficiency is a bit low. The room also had a strong musty smell. Everything else was decent. However, breakfast and the buffet dinner were a bit disappointing, with very few options.

A family of 6 people traveled. The boss and the boss's wife were young handsome men and beautiful women, very enthusiastic. The courtyard was also very warm. There was a big jackfruit tree in the yard, full of jackfruits, but unfortunately they were not ripe yet. The boss said that they were all for the guests to eat. However, the boss gave us bananas. The bananas on the island were so delicious. There was a special kitchen in the courtyard. There were three handsome guys processing seafood. Their skills were impeccable. We ate there for two days. Both the processed seafood and the stir-fried dishes were so delicious. Even my elderly parents praised them. After getting off the island, they were still saying that the dishes in the courtyard were delicious. When we left, the boss gave us bananas and mangoes. He was so enthusiastic. My parents and sister liked them very much. The courtyard is only 500 meters away from the beach and a few minutes' ride from Nanwan. It is also convenient to buy seafood. When we go to buy seafood, the boss directly lends us his electric bike to ride, and we can stay at his house when we go again.

We stayed for a week and the house keeping services were missed one day. We need to speak to the front desk for the cleaning services. Floor wasn't clean as dirty spot was found! Food provided at breakfast didn't have many choices, they didn't change the menu at that week we stayed!! Child at 2 & half years old needs to pay. We didn't know it when we booked the hotel!! There is no written policy about the charge fee for kid's breakfast!! There is a coffee and pastry shop next to the lobby. No one clean the seating area at the coffee shop overnight!! We saw trash around the area in the morning when we passed the shop. There are children library, indoor ball pool, water slide, children are happy to hang out. Walking to Silver Beach takes about 15 minutes but DiDi or taxi is around!!
