CCarolina LanVery good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view.
The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient.
The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

2270831****The hotel is old but it’s fine. The worst part is the front desk service, I have been sending mails to push them correct the mistake on the invoice they sent but the result is still wrong. When I called them directly to explained what I need, the front desk hang up the phone without giving solution. This is totally a service disaster for the Four Point brand and I don’t think anyone deserves the attitude and service 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

其次，我住10樓1018，同事11樓1117，都屬於靠近馬路一邊，不知道是復活節還是其他什麼原因，隔壁房間的人嗨了兩晚，半夜兩三點還在叮叮噹噹，搞死了。。。

We only had one problem when we arrived, because in the Trip.com advertisement, the room we booked included a minibar, microwave and dining room, but when we arrived at the room, it was very simple, without any of the three, they told us That is not included, they want us to pay extra for these services. In the end, they agreed to bring the minibar and microwave to the room without paying extra, and it is best to clearly indicate what is included when booking.
The breakfast is not very rich, but overall we stayed very well.
