"The hotel is excellent, with spacious rooms and a large terrace offering a beautiful view. The pool is clean, and the staff are polite and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and store our luggage on the day of departure. The only downside is the Wi-Fi. You have to enter the login and password every time, and the speed sometimes drops."

Great
GGuest UserThe facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it.

AAlScukasOne of the best accommodation in Thai during our 1 month trip. We had some doubts after reading reviews and booked only 1 night initially but ended up staying for 3 nights there. Everything was perfect, stuff was super friendly and helpful, location on top of the hill and shuttle was always on point so you can fully enjoy the island. I am not sure about condition of water slides but when you have an ocean just 5 minutes away it is not a biggie tbh

NNicole MichelleThe location is just perfect, the resort sits right on the beach, sun loungers were available and the restaurant overlooked the beach and sea.our room was partial sea view also with garden views which were stunning,we were quite high up so it could be a bit of hike for some tho a buggy is available.we had a large balcony which was nice to relax on and take in the stunning views, the paintwork could do with a re-fresh as it had peeled due to the sun.the breakfast was pretty good, although there wasn’t any hot Thai vegetarian dishes but still plenty of choices.the staff were really friendly and efficient,we asked at reception one evening for extra coffee and it was at our room before we were!I would happily stay here again,if there was one thing to be improved I would say they need more vegetarian choices in the restaurant & at breakfast.but otherwise a lovely peaceful stay away from the bustle of phi phi.

TTravelhere&ThereI forgot to take pictures of the room, but trust me—it’s spacious, spotless, and comes with a lovely balcony, which was a total win-win for me. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and to top it off, we had a daily visitor who stole our hearts—absolutely adorable!
Food-wise, we were spoiled for choice. So many options, and we especially loved the prasmanan style—buffet-style dining where you pick what you want. It was incredibly affordable and absolutely delicious. A true highlight of our stay!

MMd Manjur Ahad HelalAnita Resort is under reconstruction. So they blocked the way to the standard rooms block at the northern corner. The borders have to make a detour through the pool and reach to the three storied standard room building. The ground floor of that building is entirely messed up by the removed used materials and living of the workers. Due to the monsoon rain the entire block is covered by the bad smell of decomposed materials. There is insufficient light on the roads to reach to that block, otherwise stopped by cautionary words. The adjacent two storied building is a slum that violated privacy of the borders of the first and second floors of standard rooms block. Requested to change the room, the managerial lady asked compensatory money or asked the borders to leave her hotel. This was a rude proposition for the borders to Phi Phi Island for the first time. There is no telephone in the room and the boarders found none after continuously phoning the manager lady. The receptionist ladies were sober and kind, but not the one who picks up the mobile calls only unseen, she could be manager or the owner, we didn’t know. Yes the break fast was good and the location of the hotel was good too.

GGuest UserThis is my third time in Krabi, but my first time staying on Phi Phi Island. This hotel is located in North Phi Phi, so if you arrive at Tonsai Pier, you'll need to take a speedboat to North Phi Phi. North Phi Phi is quite small, with only a few hotels. During my visit, the hotel next door was under renovation, and there weren't many guests. I stayed for two nights, and the environment was lovely. The room type I booked offered a great sea view right from the door. I've heard some people say there's differential treatment for Chinese tourists, but I personally didn't experience that; I found all the staff to be very enthusiastic. Since my room was on a hilltop, I needed a buggy service to get around, and they were almost always available on call. They stop working at 10 PM, but I usually wasn't returning to my room that late anyway. The breakfast included in the price was a great deal, although I noticed it was cheaper on other platforms. Breakfast was decent. The hotel has two swimming pools: one behind the restaurant and a smaller one next to the hillside rooms. The hotel's mini-mart items are a little pricier, about 10 baht more on average than those on the beach. Friends coming to the island should remember to stock up on drinks and snacks in Krabi or at a nearby 7-Eleven. They provide welcome drinks upon check-in, and the service is quick. I'd likely choose this hotel again; it's convenient and located at the northernmost part, with good transportation options.

GGuest UserI'd stayed in Phi Phi North before, but this time I chose Koh Phi Phi Don. The resort is super easy to get to, just a 3-minute walk to the left from the pier. It's a massive resort, and the two cats at the front desk were so gentle and cute! From the comfort of your bed, you're treated to an unbeatable ocean view! Breakfast was incredibly varied and even included plain congee. The pool offers stunning views of Long Beach. It's easy to book longtail boat tours for island hopping right outside the resort. The main street has self-service laundry facilities and a plethora of dining options, plus the 7-Eleven here surprisingly boasts a wider variety of items than those in Bangkok! You can also go scuba diving, and even seniors in their 70s can hike up to Viewpoint 2 for breathtaking panoramic views!

GGuest UserVery good hotel!
I liked the magnificent view pool, excellent breakfast, nice room. It was clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the location was quite convenient. Yes, it can be quite noisy at night, but this island is not complete without night parties)
Say hello to the baby corgi who lives at the hotel!
