JjballWe booked this room for our two children. Upon check-in, we requested that our rooms be close together, and the hotel kindly provided a complimentary upgrade. This certainly warrants another positive review!
Bicycles are available for complimentary rental at the hotel, although a fee applies if they are damaged or lost.
The swimming pools are nice. We only used the one located near the beach; the other one with a slide was a bit too far, so we didn't bother going.
The hotel offers a 'Nemo' fish feeding service daily, from 9-10 AM and seemingly again from 4-5 PM, which the children absolutely loved.
Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety and fresh fruit juices.
During our stay, we could explore the tidal flats between 10-11 AM and 9-10 PM. The children had a blast catching small fish and crabs.
Mosquitoes were not a significant issue at the hotel, and we even saw a lizard.
GGeorge.DayWe had a decent stay at this hotel. It seems to have been a 4* when it opened but I would say that it is pushing it to even rate it a 3. I want to mention first that the hotel is only accessible by boat and we had to get the ferry to the island and then haggle a 30 minute long tail boat. This cost us an extra 1400 baht, a price we didn’t know about when booking.
The hotel rooms themselves are lovely and it has great pools and beach access is a bonus. The shuttle bus to the rooms and back is also great and the drivers were all very friendly.
However, the staff did loose my rucksack on the last day. It turned out that staff had taken it to the ferry checkpoint but no one else who worked here were aware of that.
The restaurant for the hotel in the afternoon/evening was also very poor. It was one of the only options around, due to this area being very secluded. The restaurant prices were very expensive and the food was awful, this definitely gave at least one member of our group food poisoning. The breakfast restaurant is quite good and has a decent buffet selection.
The beach access was great, however the private beach was only accessible for a few hours a day due to tides. We went out at 8am and had to leave by 11am. Having said this, there is a longer beach which is always accessible next to the hotel.
Overall we had an ok stay, but we expected a lot more from a 4* resort and were disappointed. Do not eat at the restaurant. We would have personally stayed in central phi phi had we known the layout of the island prior to booking.

LLingling Loves CoffeeIf you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a private beach, delicious food and waking up with a sea view: this is the right place.
We stayed for 3 nights, it was like landing on paradise.
The hotel has their own long tail boats with pick up service from Phi phi island port.
Breakfast: sweet and savory
Lunch: menu a la carte with Thai dishes and western options
Dinner: menu a la carte + fresh fish of the day
If you feel like hiking you can do it directly from the hotel and reach a viewpoint.
Our room didn’t have aircon but it’s quite chilly at night so it was perfect.
Snorkeling is possible right near the beach, you see the same fish (blue and yellow, some very colorful..) near other islands just not as many.
The hotel offers daily trips, very well organized, we took a one day trip to Maya Beach, Bamboo island.. highly recommend!
On Saturday night there was a fire show: it was absolutely wonderful!
GGuest UserThis hotel is quite isolated, nestled away on a secluded part of the island, making it ideal for truly unwinding and enjoying some peace. It boasts a private beach where snorkeling gear is available to borrow free of charge. A quick heads-up: watch out for very large sea urchins, so water shoes are a must if you plan to swim. Given its remote location, be aware that dining options are limited to the hotel's restaurant, unless you're prepared to travel back to the harbor. While you can book excursions through the hotel, you'll need a minimum of four people, or you'll have to book a pricier private tour. The food was good. Breakfast offers a choice of three very substantial dishes. The hotel staff were very friendly, and daily room service was a plus. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and relax on a beautiful beach, though I wouldn't suggest staying for more than 5 days.
GGuest Uservery good location, face to the see. The room is big and comfort. The breakfast is delicious. The reception is friendly and helpful. When arrive and departure hotel arrange to help your luggage to the pier of ferry.

CCesar QuezadaA bit outdated, but over all the resort was great - staff was very friendly, caring and supportive. House keeping was lacking on one day, where the room wasn’t serviced until 3pm, after we called about the lack of service. It happened only on one day. We had a wonderful time at Phi Phi holiday resort and the food was great and had many restaurants to choose from. Many activities to choose from also.

GGuest UserThe size of the villas were moderately good. Resort location was the best, I’ll say - in one sentence, close to the town, far from the chaos. But what challenging was the room location. Ours was a deluxe villa and those villas include too much uphill walk to the room. And its very easy to get lost among the puzzling roads towards the villas. The decoration wasn’t anything extraordinary. Moderate decoration, oldish vibe, not modern. They could’ve done better with the washroom I think considering the price. The breakfast was nice. I loved the coffee machine the most about it. Made me good hot chocolate! The view from the resort was nice, even some rock formations was just infront to sit upon.

GGuest UserClean, beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the design of the hotel is pretty. Great location - quiet, but near stores and restaurant. Family-friendly. A minute from the beach. The swimming area at the beach is very small, but you can walk 5 min to a larger beach area. The swimming pools are great - a big shallow one for children, and a deeper pool at the rooftop of the central building. The staff is polite and professional. A small store at the front sells the best mango smoothies. The breakfast is okay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We tranfered from another hotel - I wish we spent all our time here at Andaman Legacy.

GGuest UserThe toilet seat is wet because the toilet and shower are not partitioned
The electric switch is broken and it's hard to turn it off.
The location is right behind the beach and the club starts operating at night, so music can be heard to the room. (I was playing in the club, so it was very good that the room was nearby, but from the person who was not, it was noisy and could not sleep)
