Birds are singing and flowers are fragrant nearby, and the courtyard of the B&B is filled with various flowers and plants in colorful colors. There is also fresh air, which is refreshing. This kind of tranquility and beauty is really hard to find in the city. The room is also very clean, tidy, stylish and aesthetic. It is very quiet at night and away from the hustle and bustle. In terms of service, the staff at the B&B were also very warm and thoughtful. They not only provided us with comfortable rooms and delicious meals, but also enthusiastically introduced us to the local customs and attractions. Drink tea in the B&B, pet the cat, and eat noodles in the morning🍜 (cooked by the boss himself) Highly recommended to experience it!

The dumplings made by the owner's parents are absolutely delicious. This is definitely a guesthouse I'll definitely come back to.

This accommodation was the most satisfying part of my trip to Fanjingshan. The location was excellent, right next to the scenic area, making it very convenient to get up the mountain. The overall environment was clean, elegant, quiet, and comfortable, far from the hustle and bustle. The night view was particularly stunning, with the lights creating rich layers of distant mountain scenery, offering many angles for framing shots; every snapshot looked like a masterpiece. The accommodation was comfortable and offered both sightseeing and relaxation; I would definitely choose this place again next time.

The breakfast at the B&B offered a rich variety and excellent taste, with meticulous and thoughtful service. They also provide convenient shuttle services, making getting around super easy. The overall stay was perfect, and this is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Fanjing Mountain!

The hygiene is excellent, the surroundings are comfortable, and it felt like a thoughtful little home away from home during my trip. A real gem of a B&B! Especially noteworthy is the lovely lady who offers free tea ceremony guidance; she's incredibly patient, guiding you step-by-step. She's beautiful and has a sweet voice – highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk through a covered bridge to the Fanjingshan ticket office. The hotel was renovated a while ago, and being in the mountains with high humidity, it's understandable that things might feel a bit damp. While the facilities are a bit older, my actual stay was fantastic. Firstly, every staff member was incredibly helpful. A lady named Xiaoman, and another young man whose name I didn't catch, even lent us a rag to wipe our car. Secondly, the front desk upgraded us to a scenic view room before check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony directly faces the park's central area, offering a beautiful view of the covered bridge. Furthermore, the room amenities were quite complete, and the bathroom even had a small stool, which was convenient. The bedding was comfortable. Although the amenities are a bit old, they appear quite clean. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Location is mins walk to fanjingshan ticket ctr and entrance. The bed is uncomfortable, cos I could feel the uneven part . Otherwise, it is a pleasant stay and Ah Kwang is very helpful. They also helped me to send my charger and updated me . At times there is no one at the counter but they respond fast via wechat. Don't eat at the breakfast shop next to it and street stall along the alley towards fanjingshan entrance.They will sell you food that's not fresh and oil that's rancid... horrible..

Real positive review for this B&B! My recent trip to Fanjing Mountain led me to choose the Shangchuan Shangyu Forest Secret Retreat B&B, and it truly exceeded my expectations! Tucked away by green mountains and a flowing stream, stepping through the wooden gate reveals lush forests as far as the eye can see. There's even a small river right outside, making the air incredibly fresh – perfect for escaping the summer heat. The room was clean and spacious, with a warm and tasteful wooden decor. The bedding was soft, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The facilities were incredibly comprehensive, including a mountain-view pool, a gym, and a ping-pong table, so there’s no shortage of options for sports or relaxation. There's also a huge book bar and a unique restaurant where you can read, enjoy a drink, and savor authentic local dishes. The lobby's root carvings and ethnic minority costumes created a fantastic atmosphere. Surprisingly, there's even a large conference room, suitable for team building or company training. Thoughtfully, they also provide a washing machine and dryer, so laundry isn't a worry after a day of exploring. Whether it's for a family getaway, a friends' vacation, or a team retreat, this place fits the bill. The environment is tranquil, the service is attentive, and you can sort out your dining, accommodation, and entertainment all in one place. The value for money is outstanding. Next time I'm in Fanjing Mountain, I'll definitely be coming back here!

The small river outside is picturesque, and there's even a jogging path, perfect for a post-dinner stroll. The hillside guesthouse felt like a warm welcome home after a long, tiring day at work. Even before arriving, the owner contacted me to remind me to buy tickets, offering plenty of advice and hiking tips, along with transportation information. There was no need to plan anything here; everything was taken care of – food, accommodation, transportation, and entertainment. Upon arrival, the housekeeper warmly helped with our luggage, and the owner greeted us enthusiastically, like old friends even though we'd never met before. After check-in, we were immediately offered sparkling water, iced coffee, and welcome fruit. The air conditioning was already on, and the room was clean and hygienic, with a small courtyard for easy access. Breakfast wasn't as lavish as a hotel meal, but it was delicious: minced meat rice noodles, fried eggs, steamed corn bread, steamed corn, and millet cakes – the taste was unlike anything you'd find in a pre-made meal. They even packed up the leftovers for us to take hiking. After breakfast, the owner drove us to the scenic area in his Porsche. The scenic area was only 1 kilometer from the guesthouse, but he insisted on driving us there, saying parking would be inconvenient late at night. He also offered to pick us up on the way back, but we took a taxi – very convenient indeed. What surprised me most when we returned to the guesthouse after our hike was the foot bath tub they had provided. We sat in the pavilion, sipping tea and soaking our feet – it was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. Goodbye!
