RRich PrVery convenient location for visiting Mount Fanjiang, only a couple of minutes walk to the visitor centre. The manager was very helpful in providing advice and arranging a transfer. Restaurant on site with good value local food. Room was spacious, clean and modern..

XXinxianliziOverall, it's pretty good. The room environment is nice, and the location is convenient. There are water activities nearby, and there's a small terrace on the third floor. There's a breakfast shop next door downstairs, and many restaurants across the street. It's close to the scenic area, but it's only a 10-minute walk. Since the owner works late, the morning shuttle service to the scenic area is only available after 8 am. If you arrive at 7 am like me, it's more convenient to drive yourself to the scenic area, or you can take a 10-minute walk there in the morning.

GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying trip. Before choosing a place, I hesitated about whether to stay closer to the scenic area entrance, but based on my experience, I would recommend staying directly in the village. It's more physically demanding for hiking, and meals are more convenient. The owner can pick you up and drop you off at the scenic area entrance. We also found out after arriving that you can arrange pick-up and drop-off services in Tongren city in advance, and the price is slightly cheaper than taking a taxi. The owners are very easy to talk to, so there's no need to worry about any disputes. Although the facilities aren't particularly high-end, it's worth the price.

GGuest UserThis was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! I had the best nights sleep. The room was really lovely, the bathroom had everything you could want. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was the front desk. She was really lovely, but gave me incorrect information on when the last bus left Tongren - she said it was 4pm but when I arrived at 5:30pm I was still able to get one. I also didn’t get any info on shortcuts etc that the other reviews mentioned, which is a big part of the reason I booked this place.

GGuest UserFound a hidden gem guesthouse on this Fanjing Mountain trip! The decor is fresh and inviting, with a lovely courtyard surrounded by greenery. Waking up to mountain views right outside our window was picturesque and perfect for photos. The facilities are brand new, with WiFi, AC, and toiletries all provided. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, helping us plan our hiking routes up and down the mountain and even advising us on the best time to catch the sea of clouds. It's super close to the mountain gate, which saved us the hassle of an early morning rush. In the evenings, we could relax and chat over tea in the courtyard. Location, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. Truly the best guesthouse in Dong Village – I've already recommended it to all my friends planning a trip to Fanjing Mountain!

GGuest UserVery friendly receptionist. Rooms are surficially clean but rather run down. A deep-clean and slight renovation wouldn't hurt. Especially a new bathroom bin and soap in the bathroom are strongly recommended. For warm water let the water run for 3-5 mins. A bit noisy and bright at night but not too bad. Sheets, towels etc were clean. Walking distance to East Gate of Fanjingshan.

GGuest Userto be honest, This hotel is definitely good value for money. Compared to hotels near shops, I prefer accommodations that are some distance away from Fanjing Mountain. One of the reasons is that if you want to walk around shops or go shopping at night, you will be disturbed and forcefully sold to by many people.
The hotel provides many services including transportation to the entrance of Fanjing Mountain and breakfast. This is a very thoughtful service and I am very satisfied with it.
There are many restaurants near the hotel, and many locals dine there.
Choosing 3D2N is definitely the first choice. Going up and down the mountain consumes a lot of energy. After we came down the mountain, we went straight to the hotel and slept for 14 hours. The only downside to being near Fanjing Mountain is that it is very far to other attractions. Make sure you can catch a car or bus back to the hotel before nightfall.

MM366795****The inn is very close to the hiking trail entrance, just a 6-7 minute walk away. There's an elevator, so bringing lots of luggage isn't a problem. The bed was quite comfortable to sleep in. The soundproofing isn't great though; I could hear the cleaning staff and other guests passing by in the morning. Since it was the off-season when I went, it wasn't fully booked, which was good, otherwise, it would have really affected my sleep.

GGuest UserI stayed there once before and found the environment and cleanliness to be excellent. The room was also very soundproof, with virtually no outside noise, so I stayed again. The room was still very clean, well-ventilated, and the pillows and sheets were brand new—in short, a very comfortable stay. The receptionist was also very helpful; when I asked her for help late at night, she immediately assisted without hesitation and tried her best to meet my needs. She was very warm and attentive. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWho knows, family?! This B&B I stayed in this time was a true gem! First of all, the location: just 40 meters from the high-speed rail station and the train station, so getting off the train and walking distance is a breeze. It's perfect for someone like me who's rushing to catch a train. There's also plenty of food and shopping nearby, so there's no need to worry. And the price is incredible! The room isn't particularly large, but it has everything you need: air conditioning, a TV, a private bathroom, and a hairdryer. What really impressed me was the cleanliness; it was spotless. The sheets and quilts looked so comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. Overall, I think this stay was incredibly worthwhile and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely stay here again!
