Very Good
AAlessandraA hotel just minutes from the airport, with modern and clean rooms and a very generous breakfast buffet. Special mention to the reception staff who helped me with an elderly uncle who was having some difficulties. They were present and helpful like few others could be. My heartfelt thanks.
GGuest UserWe recently finished our holiday to Kenya and Tanzania at Voyager Resort. We were both surprised to find I'd booked an all inclusive package and it was excellent! Our booked garden view room ending up having a view of the ocean. It was amazing. Great staff, really good food, same with the included drinks. Loved the Outlook Bar. It's a big resort but it didn't ever feel crowded. Now if they could have just guaranteed the sun it would have been perfect :)
MMohammad JavaniThe location of hotel is good, the view of room is amazing but we didn't have warm water for taking a shower, you must take a shower with salty cold water, and the staff only say ”sorry”.
It's suitable for short-term.
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Excellent location and very friendly staff. The food was also so delicious. I checked in on my birthday and I happened to mention while checking it at the from desk. The hotel was kind enough to surprise me with cake at dinner. That absolutely made my day. Forever grateful for that .
The only issue was that there was a lot of furniture in the room making it cramped up yet it was a spacious room . The hotel can also improve on cleanliness in unseen places such as under the beds and tables. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel their rates are pretty reasonable and there’s value for money.
GGuest UserGood hotel and more affordable than many on this coastline. Stayed here while attending a conference at PrideInn Paradise and no complaints!
Only issue was that the trip booking was not showing on arrival but the hotel were amazing and sorted it out.
Huge rooms with kitchen, fridge, kettle which was great for making tea!
GGuest UserBeautiful stay at the resort , the staff were just amazing from the reception to the restaurant, helped us beyond their call of duty even ensuring our little one get some food from our day at the beach .
The hotel is a little old though and furniture needs a change in the rooms
GGuest UserNice hotel, full of amenities. location is great and on the coast but Mombassa traffic means you may be stuck in a lot if you plan to visit the main city itself
GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice, including three meals. The bar by the pool opens after 10 am, and most of the drinks are free, and you can drink cocktails and drinks as you like. The hotel is right by the sea, and there are free shows to watch at night, and you can rent a boat on the beach next to the hotel to go snorkeling during the day.
GGuest UserThe Cocoa Boutique is a hotel with a lot of potential. The rooms are clean and very spacious but the decor is old and in need of renovation.
The location is excellent, right on the beach with great ocean views. The staff can not do enough for you especially the ladies on Reception!
The pool itself is lovely and clean however the few sun loungers available are in need of replacement and there is very little shade.
The food from the restaurant was very good and freshly cooked. We were late arriving and they stayed to ensure we had our evening meal. On another night we informed them we would not be back in time for dinner so they sent us the menu by What’s App and kept food for us on our return.
We had a lovely stay at Cocoa Boutique but it would have been even better had the decor been brought up to standard.
