ДДмитрий_Л.A beautiful, atmospheric hotel. Incredibly responsive and kind staff. Very delicious food. At the restaurant on the shore of ”Jazz” excellent, fresh seafood. Room cleaning is good, there is preparation of the room for sleep. We asked for late departure, in 17-00, because of the flight delay. We were free to extend our stay and gave another room, with ocean view, and helped carry things. Like a pool very much, good depth up to 2.2m. The area of the hotel is very tidy and green, everything is flowering. There are wild monkeys, their guards are chasing out of the horn))

GGuest UserThe room was OK, but there were some bugs and ants. I only gave a bad review for the room card. The air conditioner was out of power and could not work. It was very hot every day when I walked in from outside. The hotel is directly connected to the public beach, which is quite convenient. You can go to the beach at any time.

GGuest UserGood hotel and more affordable than many on this coastline. Stayed here while attending a conference at PrideInn Paradise and no complaints!
Only issue was that the trip booking was not showing on arrival but the hotel were amazing and sorted it out.
Huge rooms with kitchen, fridge,kettle which was great for making tea!

The hotel has to take a taxi to go out, can not walk, there is a little distance from the sea, the next few hotels are very expensive. This business is not good, so make it cheaper

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice, including three meals. The bar by the pool opens after 10 am, and most of the drinks are free, and you can drink cocktails and drinks as you like. The hotel is right by the sea, and there are free shows to watch at night, and you can rent a boat on the beach next to the hotel to go snorkeling during the day.

JjuddThe environment is fantastic and the room is quite good. It contains two meals, so this price is not expensive. However, since I didn't know if the room was good when I booked it, I didn't dare to order more, only booked for one day. I found it very good after I checked in. I hope that when I continue to live, the other party tells me that I am full, sorry. However, this is a great place to spend a holiday and enjoy the sun and the beach. I have stayed at several hotels in Mombasa and this is one of the best.
