Amazing
GGuest UserWonderful stay! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly from start to finish. We were able to enjoy both early check-in and late check-out, which made the experience even more seamless. The location is fantastic, and the valet service plus complimentary champagne were such a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
李李Great hotel. Just go straight here next time! It is currently the only hotel worth staying in Charleston. The room is very large. Service attitude is very friendly 👬
AAmanda MichelleThis hotel was lovely! We had a small issue with breakfast, as it really is limited. But customer service and everything else was wonderful!
BBroadleyI strongly recommend this hotel in Charleston. Very comfortable and friendly. Excellent location. Good value for money, although the valet car parking service at $40 / day was steep (there are other parking facilities available nearby for less). I would return to stay at Planters each time I go to Charleston
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Check in was easy, we were offered a$20 upgrade for our room, which we accepted and we enjoyed our 3 nights in a suite- lovely!
The courtyard was also decorated and the outdoor fireplace was always blazing. We liked having a glass of wine in the evening. We also loved “The Den” bar!
The pizza was yummy! Such a cool experience- we will definitely stay here next time we are in Charleston!
RRaraRylandTrendy hotel, clean rooms! Great size TV and en-suite.
No storage or fridge/safe/microwave/coffee in room.
Reception on upper floor with bar (complimentary drink) and lounge with fab rooftop!
Food served after 3pm was limited but tasty.
Starbucks on ground floor.
AAnonymous UserThe attitude of a black woman at the front desk was not good. The hotel bed was too soft, and her back hurt when she slept. Because my daughter stayed there for 38 days, I just booked this hotel to see her. Not recommended!
똑똑바로I stayed at the hotel for three days to attend a conference. My first impression was that the room was spacious enough for a solo stay, equipped with a coffee pot, though the refrigerator was empty. However, complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk, and a microwave was also accessible. The bathroom fan made a friction noise when operating, so I chose not to use it. Additionally, it was a self-circulating system rather than being connected to an exhaust line, which I found somewhat unexpected.
YYINGHUIIt is suitable for bringing children, the breakfast is quite rich, there are fresh fruits, it is not good to eat breakfast, there is no waiter to help you take away the empty plate on the table, the plates in front of us are picked up. Hotel location is good, breakfast is on the top floor, the view is very good, recently the hotel is being renovated
