GGuest UserI have stayed in other hotels in this group before, but this hotel is very, very unexpectedly excellent. The hotel has all kinds of facilities, the room is very clean, the service staff is very polite, the breakfast is good, it is recommended to travel nearby.

GGuest UserSuper beautiful hotel! Definitely felt clean and sanitizer. My only hang up was 2 of the desk employees seemed to be annoyed. Other then that, I loved it. Right off the 10, super easy to get to.

ZZHEWEIThe overall design of the hotel is great, and every place has been carefully designed. The hotel is built on a hill with a natural waterfall that is said to protect more than 30 endangered species. There is a golf course in front, a swimming pool in the back, a bar and gym facilities, and many golfers come on weekends. We booked a big bed room without breakfast, the room is 45 square meters, very spacious

JjenwhiteMy husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒. But other then that we had a great time anyways.

SSkye BabyThe ground was beautiful and so was the location in scenery. Front desk was amazing and the rest of the staff. The rooms however, was extremely outdated. We switched rooms because the first one smelled “old.” The second room didn’t smell as bad but it was definitely still there. The restaurant had great service and food was delicious though.

AAvilesThe service was great! The convenient snack bar in the building was wonderful but very few selections to go out eat nearby. My fiancé and I did absolutely enjoy our beautiful decorative stylish room. We would definitely come back to stay again in the future!

GGuest UserThe hotel experience was not aligned to a ”Hyatt” standard, but for the price that they were charging for the night and also seeing that Hyatt recently purchased the hotel from Sonesta, I think it was a good experience. The beds were very comfortable.
