To be honest a little pricey for a small room. But it definitely is an iconic hotel and the lobby is beautiful. Ducks are cute and the hotel is duck-themed. Parking is extremely expensive, 40 dollars.

The location is very good, the surrounding environment is good, quiet, the top floor observation deck is very good, you can look at the Mississippi River, you can see the bridge marked 'M'. The restaurant on the top floor is also good, you can go and taste it. There are no convenience stores and shopping malls around. It is more convenient to have a car or rent a car. This is the case in the general cities of the United States. It is very inconvenient to have no car. There are some snacks (popcorns and the like) in the hotel room that can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. There are also some introductions to the origin of the hotel, which is very story-like. I like to enjoy life in the American country. There is also a battlefield in the mall. There are guns and ammunition on the second floor. On the first floor, there are various mountain bikes, there are various fishing gears and swimwear, and a The harbor pier has a lot of local fish in it. There is also a city called Memphis in Egypt. The shape of this hotel is designed as a pyramid. From the second floor, it is designed as a hotel room along the inner circle of the pyramid. The room will look like a log cabin, plus The decoration of animal specimens is very interesting. The middle part and the first floor of the pyramid are shopping malls, restaurants, bowling alleys and shooting clubs. The top floor is the observation deck and the steakhouse. The hotel is relatively new, the room is relatively large, that is, the windows of some rooms are facing the indoor shopping malls, the shopping malls are exquisitely arranged, and the view from the room is also a scene. In short, to travel to Memphis, this is a place worth living.

The hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.

This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.

This is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍

This may have been our best hotel stay, ever. This hotel is great! Everyone that works there, is wonderful! From checking in, to the valets, everybody was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean, and everything in the room worked. The room had a microwave & mini fridge, most only have a mini fridge. It’s in a perfect location! A short walk to Texas de Brazil, or Fed Ex Forum, or the Red Birds stadium. This will be where we stay, anytime we’re in Memphis. I highly recommend it! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Just wonderful!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . Staff super friendly love this place . Bar is awesome love the video games to play in lobby . The staff is super friendly an helpful . Food is delicious . Dog friendly our puppy was so happy . Room is awesome bed is super comfortable. The shower is amazing staying another night for sure one of the best places ever !!!

We have a total of two rooms. There was something wrong with this room. The lock of the room was bad when we checked in. We changed the card several times up and down. Finally, we asked the people of the engineering department to repair the lock. When I checked out, the front desk said that there was a problem with the payment of the room rate. Let me swipe the card again, but my room rate was prepaid by Trip.com , how could I pay it again. Later, the front desk communicated with her manager, and they solved the room rate by themselves. They should go to communicate with the third-party intermediary of Trip.com .

Nice hotel environment l. The space of room is the note big. The breakfast need to be improved, no many selections.
