"This was my first visit to Lao Cai, and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The owner and his wife were very kind and welcoming.
I accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe after checking out, and the owner’s wife kindly returned them to me. I also want to thank the gentleman at the reception desk for his helpful and friendly service throughout my stay.
Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again."
