"I stay at this hotel frequently when I travel to China. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, all amenities provided.
Things to improve: Communication with whatsapp messages. The response is slow and when I required information to book a car to Sapa it took 2 hours to respond with a price of 600,000vnd. Meantime I had the hotel at Sapa help book a car for 500,000vnd within 20mins of messaging.
Whatsapp is a fantastic app for foriegners to communicate with the hotels, so I hope this is improved service to help their business grow.
For hot water, make sure the switch near the bathroom is turned on.
Other then that, it is a fantastic hotel."
