I actually cried when we left this villa! I'm truly speechless when it comes to describing the range of emotions and experiences that made up our vacation! It was unforgettable! The warmth and responsiveness of the staff, the excellent location, the cleanliness and comfort, the peace and quiet... I could go on forever! Everything was perfect, without exception – the room, the design, the grounds. The housekeeping was impeccable, not a speck of dust in the room, and the grounds were constantly maintained. The beach is just a stone's throw away, the water is crystal clear, there are lots of turtles, and beautiful fish. We walked at low tide to the turn on the left side, and from there, we started snorkeling along the edge of the reef where turtles gather in groups of 3-5. We even saw a venerable lady about a meter long. It's incredibly beautiful, they look like they're flying. Larger fish also swim in from the deep there. There are cats on the hotel grounds, so don't be lazy, pack a bag of cat food in your suitcase, and they'll thank you with their purrs. Not far from the hotel, there's a cat shelter where they treat sick animals, and also sell food and souvenirs, with the proceeds going towards animal care. Don't miss catching at least one sunrise and watching a sunset; photos simply don't do the beauty justice. After swimming to our heart's content and enjoying delicious dinners, we slept like babies on the comfortable beds, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of birdsong. It was a vacation for the mind and body, feeling as if we were in paradise. A special thank you to the staff who create this incredible atmosphere.

This hotel is excellent for its category. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach along a somewhat unkempt road. The place is clean, has two pools, and the food is delicious and affordable. For breakfast, you order from a menu. I had more than enough, couldn't even finish my pancakes. The grounds are lush and green. The staff are friendly and attentive. You can get your laundry done for 30,000 IDR/kg. There are two cats and a duck living on the property that begs for breakfast – it's really charming! They offer both bungalows and rooms. In the bungalows, the furniture is a bit dated, and the bed is made up of two single beds pushed together. The carafe of drinking water was a slight concern; perhaps they're just trying to encourage bottled water, but still... The bungalows have both air conditioning and a fan. Despite a few minor points, I highly recommend this hotel as great value for its budget.

We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children. The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first. I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home. This hotel is really great! It offers excellent value for money. It's beachfront, with the beach and boats just across the road. The rooms are decent, although we ended up with one right at the very end of the hotel, so it was quite a walk to get there, but that wasn't a problem. Breakfasts are good, with plenty of options. We only used the large pool, which was fantastic and clean; there's also a deeper pool (2.2m) for diving. The grounds are beautiful, and there are lots of cafes and bars nearby, but we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The prices there were more reasonable than elsewhere. Every evening, there's also a BBQ dinner on the beach for 250k per person (drinks not included), where they grill seafood right in front of you. It was charming. For excursions, we took a 5-hour snorkeling trip around the Gili islands, which we enjoyed. The hotel also offers bike rentals for half a day (25k) and a full day (50k). The bikes were a bit worn from age, but comfortable to ride – we cycled around the entire island on our first day. On the second day, we rented a scooter for 150k for half a day. We didn't ride the horses; we felt sorry for them. Overall, everything was superb! We'll definitely be back to Gili T next year!

This is a wonderful hotel located on the sunset side of the island – every evening you are guaranteed a magnificent view of the sunset right on the beach. At first, the hotel seemed noisy and crowded to us, but in fact, there was always enough space, both on the sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. The pool is magnificent, with two zones, one for swimming and one for diving. The beach is also good, with sun loungers available in both shade and sun – your choice. The only thing to consider is that the beach is very subject to tides; if you love to swim, study the tide schedule in advance. The hotel breakfast is magnificent, with a very large selection of dishes, and lots of interesting, spicy Indian cuisine, which we found delicious. This was also the first hotel in Indonesia where we could get enough high-quality cheese for breakfast. The à la carte service in the restaurant is also good; all the dishes we ordered were very tasty. The staff are polite and friendly, always ready to help with any difficulties that arise. And, as a bonus, if you come to breakfast early, you'll see turtles swimming by, popping their heads out of the sea here and there.

This hotel is magnificent in every way! The rooms are equipped with everything you could need, including a kettle, a safe, toothbrush and paste sets, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even body lotion. The bathroom humidity is low, so swimsuits dried completely overnight. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable with soft pillows – we slept like babies! The staff are very attentive and always smiling, excellent service! There are two swimming pools on the property; we particularly liked the second, longer one, further from reception. You can also rent bicycles for the whole day! The breakfasts are delicious. Best of all, turtles swim right in front of the hotel – we absolutely loved watching them! It was hard to leave this paradise!!!

The hotel was excellent...rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious and accommodating for our group of 8. The pool area was great with sun lounges. Location is very central to the port, local restaurants and hiring/booking options. We didn't eat at the restaurant but drinks service was great. Would definitely stay again.

Good hotel, enjoyed everything. The pool is great, and it's only a 2-minute walk to the main street, with everything within walking distance. Their snorkeling trips are cheaper than anywhere else; you can pay at the hotel. It's 1100 out on the street, but only 175 here.

One of the best hotels we’ve been to! We we’re very well received, and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really good and so was the overall menu. The rooms we’re amazing, really big and spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor bathrooms. Location was good, far from the busy and crowded center area but close enough by bike (10-15min), and you can rent them there. Rentals and bookings are a bit more pricey at the hotel, but definitely reliable and guaranteed! Swimming pool was great, and points for the front beach view! The owner of the hotel was also really friendly and helpful. Overall really good, and we can’t wait to go back!
