Amazing
GGuest UserA wonderful place for recreation 🫶 lived 2 families from 25 to 30 December in the smallest villa, all this time with us were wonderful Steve and Muhammad. Steve took us all over the island wherever we wanted and took us from anywhere, thank you Steve 🙏Muhammed also took care that our rest was careless, helped to organize the washing, Organized us a tour to the sea 🙏ville clean every day, there is everything necessary for cooking food (we did not prepare TK on the sairi a lot of delicious cafes). I definitely recommend this place for rest, very atmospheric and comfortable, in the surrounding jungle ❤️
GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Kupu Kupu. It would be nice if the hotel could also offer complimentary water at the pool in the high temperatures. The pool was not cooled and the water was very very warm. Here and there the cleanliness could be better. It was a nice stay, but in the price category you can at least expect this. Thank you!
GGuest UserOn arrival I was placed in the wrong room and it was noisy next to the pool with music pumping till 12:30 and then at 8am I was woken to loud music again at the pool restaurant and noisy families - it was terrible to lose one night of sleep and to be placed in the wrong room . I had booked the deluxe room and they put me into a small noisy room at the busy noisy pool restaurant area. I went to reception in the morning and said it was the wrong room and it was too noisy . They said they would put me in the correct room at 12.00. I was out in the correct room but it didn’t have tea or shower gel and I had to ask for it . The restaurant was a disaster and I asked to add on breakfast as the lady said I could pay extra and add on daily breakfast but when I asked to do this at the restaurant they said I couldn’t . It was weird and disappointing. They brought the wrong breakfast and I didn’t get the fruit that should come with my breakfast board. I ordered a cappuccino and it didn’t come . The next day I ordered a cappuccino and they gave me an Americano. The next day they were late bringing my cappuccino so I had to go to the counter and ask twice for it. They also placed someone else’s breakfast on my table . By the time I told them it was cold and they brought it to another table where the poor young boy got a cold late breakfast . In the mornings I was woken early to mass sweeping and chattering loudly outside my room . On checkout they have me another extra bill for 800 baht for a lunch at the restaurant that I never even had as I wasn’t even there that day as I was out the whole day. All in all it was a disaster for the high price that I paid … disappointing to say the least
GGuest UserBeautiful location along a calm bay with coral reef only a couple of feet into the water .
Room was clean and very comfortable.
We had two children aged 9 and 14 and they felt safe and welcome at the location . The beds for the children were not included in the booking and additional fee had to be paid upon arrival , this was the only strange option as our booking party stated the exact number of guests.
We ate at the restaurant and the food quality was very good albeit a little more expensive than the surrounding restaurants.
We would return to this place again in the future
GGuest UserI would not recommend staying at Sairee Hut Resort.
The place is extremely run down. Our room had no hot water, the shower drain was clogged and overflowing, and mosquitoes filled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
However, what bothered me most was the resort’s treatment of animals. They keep wild birds confined in small cages out front, with barely any room to move, let alone fly. I’m not sure if this is cultural or meant for tourist entertainment since the birds can talk, but whatever the reason, it is cruel! Birds are meant to be free, not locked in cages for display. These birds were kept in the cages for the entire duration of our stay, and I can only imagine how long they’ve been trapped there.
Overall, this resort was disappointing, both in its facilities and ethics. I would not stay here again.

Great
WWenJi3It's a stunningly beautiful location, room is idyllic and you're fully immersed in nature. The pool is a dream to dive into everyday and the view is amazing at all times of the day. Layout is very quirky which we loved and room service was super cute.
Main challenge is mosquitos which are unavoidable in Thailand, here especially sunsets triggered lots of them to appear.
Photo is a view from the hammock overlooking the pool and the beach

JJeabrunnerThe hotel is near Koh Ma..on the first day, there is a welcome drink, delicious roselle juice...the staff provides good service..the hotel is clean..there is a restaurant in the hotel, the taste is delicious..the price is not too expensive..sit and enjoy the beautiful view..the hotel has a swimming pool...not crowded. It is a recommended hotel.
GGuest UserBans is a well established resort right in the heart of the main town/strip. Located over two sites it has several polls and offers a wide range of rooms/prices. We were located up the hill so was really nice and quiet, but quick a hike to the rooms. Rooms were spacious and well equipped but were getting a bit tired. Air Con wasn’t working well and rooms were very warm. I understand from others around the pool, with was common. The grounds were groomed immaculately and the service was excellent. During the day the Fishbowl offers some tasty and relatively cheap food, overlooking the beach !!
This is a dive resort and almost resembled a factory for diving. Bit too over commercial for my liking, so we booked diving through a quieter dive school. All in all, a lovely resort, wonderful staff and service in some stunning grounds. Would recommend if you are wanting a little luxury.

MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities.
The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay.
Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more.
Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel.
Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.
