The room is bright, the lobby has a water dispenser, and it is near mountbatten mrt n fast food. Check in is fast and nice to have early check in at 1:30pm. Hot water is on fast and runs stable, also nice to have hot water for sink tap. However, the bathroom smells bad, the shower head is postioned in a weird angle, the sound proofing is bad, the air con feels not clean, and the blanket is damp and uncomfortable.

The price was affordable, though the shower head kept falling off and the bed wasn't very comfortable. On the plus side, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including the famous frog leg porridge which is super close. It's not far from the MRT station and there are many bus options, making it easy to get to Merlion Park and Clarke Quay. The front desk staff were also very friendly and always smiling.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, with a lot of migrant workers and people of Indian descent nearby. However, for this price in Singapore, it's definitely a good deal. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway, and there are plenty of hawker stalls in the vicinity.

Good hotel from Ibis Budget brand! Clean, quiet, and well-organized. The location is very convenient because it's close to Clarke Quay, Merion Park, Chinatown, and MRT stations. The hotel's service is also quite good, compared to other hotels in the same price range, as well as to other Ibis Budget ones.

We booked this hotel because we were attending a concert at the stadium nearby. However, the location is about an 18–20 minute walk from the two nearest subway stations, which might feel a bit far if you rely on public transportation.
The hotel is located on a lively street with many bars, but the area felt safe and we did not feel concerned about security.
We followed the hotel’s housekeeping instructions by placing the towels in the sink and hanging the cleaning request sign. However, when we returned to the room that evening, the staff had not replaced the towels, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the front desk staff were very warm and friendly, and overall the service experience was pleasant.

Location of the hotel is really good and close to bus station, convenience stores, and eateries.

Room is decently sized and regularly cleaned. Some basic amenities such as hotel slippers are not readily available inside the room, but we got them upon request in the reception. There was an available water dispenser in the lobby which can be used for free - just make sure you bring your own water bottles!

Staff are nice and kind especially Patrick who was so friendly and assisted us very well all throughout our stay. Patrick offered valuable suggestions and always greeted us with a smile!

Ultimately, it is recommended to stay in this hotel for its price! Areas for improvement would be to include a few additional amenities in the room (facial wash, hair conditioner, slippers). However, the kindness of the staff is what makes this hotel really worth it.

Finding a quality yet budget-friendly place to stay in Singapore, where space comes at a premium, can be a challenge. The Ibis Budget Singapore Pearl Hotel, however, was a delightful surprise that exceeded my expectations. It's perfectly suited for budget-conscious independent travelers or business professionals.

Excellent Location and Convenient Transportation

The hotel is situated in the vibrant Geylang district, an area where local culture intertwines with modern city life. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Aljunied MRT station, providing quick access to key attractions like Marina Bay and Orchard Road. Just outside the hotel, there are numerous bus stops with extensive routes. For food lovers, it's even more exciting, as the area is teeming with authentic local eateries, including the famous Ming Hui Frog Porridge and various 24-hour tea restaurants. No matter how late you return to the hotel, a delicious late-night meal is always within reach to comfort your soul.

Clean and Comfortable Living Environment

Despite being a budget hotel, the rooms, though compact, are well-equipped. The interiors maintain the consistent cleanliness standard of the Ibis brand, with crisp, dry linens and towels. The bed offers excellent support, ensuring a good night's sleep. Each room includes powerful air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and basic toiletries. The shower system is particularly noteworthy, with strong water pressure and stable hot water – a truly refreshing experience after a day of exploring humid Singapore.

Warm and Attentive Service Quality

The hotel's front desk service demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Check-in and check-out procedures were efficient and courteous. Staff members were always smiling and provided helpful travel advice. For early arrivals, the hotel offers complimentary luggage storage, which adds great flexibility to travel plans.

If you're looking to save on accommodation to better explore Singapore's food and sights, this place is highly recommended.

I originally booked a room at this hotel, but when I arrived, the front desk informed me that there was an issue with their rooms. They asked if I would be willing to switch to one of their other branches, offered to call a taxi for me, covered the fare, and even upgraded my room type for free. The service was absolutely excellent! Plus, the new hotel they moved me to even had a swimming pool, and the cleanliness was also quite good.

Ugh, I forgot to take photos, so I'll use some random ones instead. First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.

As an international chain hotel, the room was clean and the facilities were mostly satisfactory. I stayed for four days, and it was quite hot, so I inevitably had to wash clothes, but drying them was inconvenient. The front desk service was excellent. There was a young man at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and his service was incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtful. I'd like to extend a special thanks to him, though unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. There's a rooftop pool with a great view. Both the pool and the showers were very clean. It was really pleasant to take a swim in between sightseeing sessions in the hot weather – a definite plus!

The room was sparkling clean, which was great! However, a heads-up for future guests: you'll need to bring your own toiletries, as beyond bath towels, no other amenities are provided in the room. The location is decent. We took a taxi from Terminal 1, and it cost 22 Euros, which felt quite expensive.

Very good hospitality, very welcoming staff attending the reception, very accommodating and not a single situation where we felt unwelcome and treated unfairly. Definitely will book in the future holiday plan. Highly recommended.

What I would highlight is the value for money; we're talking about a basic hotel, recommended for short stays. It has parking and a bus and metro stop nearby. The area has all the good and bad that Puente de Vallecas offers, and the breakfast is basic but adequate.

A Pleasant Stay with Warm Hospitality

It’s always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's a budget hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me during check-in—she was so kind and welcoming. She provided me with all the necessary information about breakfast locations, nearby laundry services, and more. That was very helpful and much appreciated.

The hotel's location is also very strategic. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it’s close to both the bus and train stations. The room itself was simple but clean. Everyone at the hotel is polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I could suggest a few areas for improvement, they would be:

1. Provide a kettle in the room – Hot water for drinking is important for me, and having a kettle would be very convenient.

2. Install proper blackout curtains – This would help guests sleep better by blocking out excess light.

3. Offer laundry services – Having an in-house laundry option would be useful, especially for longer stays.

Other than these suggestions, everything else was perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the warm hospitality shown by all the staff. Thank you!

The hotel was very good overall, and the location was also decent. The nearest bus stop was only a 3-minute walk away, while access to the underground metro was around 10 to 14 minutes on foot. The tram stop was also within a 10 to 14-minute walking distance. The building itself was nice, clean, and felt fresh.
Separate lockers were available, which could be used by paying a fee, allowing guests to store their luggage even after check-out.
However, the security was not very good. In case of any incident, the staff does not actively help and usually just provide an email address or ask you to contact the police. It’s important to keep this in mind and stay cautious during your stay.

It was my second time in this hotel, I chose it again because it is very well connected by metro with big nodes such as the Gare du Nord and Bastille.
The room is simple, clean and use-friendly, with a good bed, at (for Paris) very interesting prices.
I specified to have a room on the back of the building, and this has been successful.

A very decent hotel, everything is clean, linens and towels are changed regularly, check-in is quick at any time, and the breakfast is delicious. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely return if I had the chance.

About 500 meters from the subway station, the second last station on the 4th line, belonging to the subway line 1 area, buy the cheapest 1.9 subway ticket to the major attractions in the city of Paris (recommended to buy 10 a book at a time, an average of one Zhang 1.49), triple room, the room is quite small, only one box can be opened, the shower room and the bathroom are separated, the bathing room is not wrong, the bath room is too small, and the water leaks out, but the price is also in Paris. I appreciate that they clean the rooms everyday even if we did not put a sign on the door. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are pretty affordable compared to the ones in the city center. It may be a bit far but there's a direct metro line that connects to the city center.

There are lots of restaurants and a grocery store just less than 5 min away near the Porte de la chapelle station.
