"Well located basic hotel.
Just a few minutes walk to the subway.
There is a laundry just across the road,a supermarket within 3 minutes walk,a few cafes and restaurants too.
The bathrooms in both our rooms were very very tiny and challenging to get around and in/out the bathtub.
We were there for 8 days,the floors were never cleaned."

Amazing
GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

LLiWe stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice.
Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time.
Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained.
Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication.
Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit.It’s good enough for us. Coffee is great!
We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.

2286054****The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of Plaza de Mayo. The room was clean and even provided slippers (which most South American hotels don't). The service was excellent, especially the front desk staff who gave me a plaster and bandaged my finger when they saw I had cut it. The only downside was that the bed was a bit narrow.

Facilities are basic but the room was very clean and the breakfast more than adequate. The perfect hotel for creating a base in the heart of Buenos Aires. The real plus we’re the excellent staff who were on hand and eager to assist with everything. Very knowledgable helpful and kind - special mention to Danny, Sarah and Gabriel who were excellent, all three went above and beyond, so a huge thanks to the three of you - you made us so very welcome. Receptionists Lourdes and Camila made my stay at a Palacio Hotel a memorable experience. Their dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to their hard work and passion for their roles. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by these two remarkable receptionists. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace .
I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service

CCarolineSuper boutique hotel well located, you can walk to the main tourist points, almost next to the hotel has 3 Western Union stores, which makes a lot easy for money exchange. Super comfortable bed, large room, well-behaved our family of 2 adults and 1 child, with up to 2 children in the same room.
The hotel is the second time we have a good breakfast and always indicate to friends.

EElena from ChinaDespite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning.
The staff is very nice and helpful though.
The curtains are not blackout.
The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues.
Clean.
I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas.
Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically.
Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right next to the Colon Theater and with a tango show downstairs. Hotel guests get a slight discount for shows, but be careful with your payment method and ask the front desk to quote you both Argentine pesos and US dollars. The hotel is small, and the front desk is simple. The junior suites don't have balconies, which is not what you might expect. You can see the Obelisk from the window, but it's quite out of the way. The items in the suite's mini-bar are all charged, and there's no complimentary drinking water. I only asked for two bottles of it, and they brought it to the room. Overall, the service was good, and the cleanliness and bedding were acceptable. I highly recommend staying here.

Jorge in the reception desk went out of his way to try to make us feel at home. He was very nice and professional with us. That is it for the pros!
On the cons: The hotel is old and not well taken care of. it is Dirty and we saw roaches in the lobby area and roaches and ants in the room. Bathroom faucet in my room had a water leak. Not recommended.
