Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

The service is very good, but the hardware is a bit unsatisfactory, not as small as the room, the bathroom does not have a bathtub, the bathroom is relatively simple, the towel has a taste of drying without washing. Breakfast is not very rich. But the location is good. Overall: four points

Great. The front desk brother also helped me answer the question of late check-out, and the service was very good. Chat with the uncle in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, he also introduced us to the characteristics of Argentina, thank you. The hotel faces the street. How many times will you hear the sound of garbage trucks/motorcycles/cars outside the window at night. It is recommended to bring earplugs to sleep.

SteveChoiThe hotel is an old building that has been renovated. The breakfast is relatively simple and can only be eaten. The location is very advantageous. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Rose Palace and the Obelisk.

It’s so loud outside, I had to use a pillow to seal the noise from my ears. Would highly recommend bringing earplugs.
Also, the front desk literally did not tell me ahead of time that I had to pay a 80,000 Pesos tax to the city, especially right when I had to check out and had no money left.
Would highly recommend someplace not too close to the beautiful Obelisk.

Very nice hotel in a good location for what we wanted to do in Buenos Aires. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. We booked massages and took advantage of the spa’s hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Many good restaurants and shopping nearby, and very convenient to Recoleta Cemetery, City Tour Bus, and Sunday arts & craft market in the plaza.

I'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

The only satisfaction is the location. Stayed for eight days, breakfast did not change, exactly the same, there was a slight change in dessert. You don't remind, they will not take the initiative to put water in the room. The most dissatisfied place is that you have deducted money from your credit card after checking out! No notification! Then I wanted the bill for several days, but it didn't work! The most dissatisfied hotel I have ever stayed in so far!

MehmetOzgur DirekciI recently stayed at the Buenos Aires Marriott and had the opportunity to experience both the breakfast and the spa facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a sufficient variety of options, though expanding the selection would make it even better. I used the sauna in the spa, which was quite good, and adding a steam room could further enhance the overall experience. The pool is beautifully designed—one of the standout features of the hotel, in my opinion.
The property is centrally located, making it one of the ideal choices for accommodation in the city. I stayed in a Deluxe Room; although the room size was good, the furnishings felt somewhat minimal, giving the room an empty appearance.
Overall, it is a solid hotel that I would recommend. If the points I mentioned are improved, it has the potential to become a place I would confidently recommend to everyone.
