AAnonymous UserIt is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Argentina. This time I felt that the facilities were newer than the last time. It was well maintained. The breakfast was temporarily arranged on the 31st floor and it was very delicate. The Gym scenery is invincible. The shortcomings are still service, insufficient training, very blunt, urging check-out is: you have to leave at 12 o'clock. Where did the hotel talk like this?

LLiWe stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice.
Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time.
Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained.
Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication.
Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit.It’s good enough for us. Coffee is great!
We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.

KKazzy travelerNot sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..) it had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it felt tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed and the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again.

comfortable beds and very clean, beautiful design of shower room and the TV decoration also unique
Since we must check out early morning so we can't enjoy the breakfast
Check in process is very fast, and she's really known her job, I forgot her name, she's very pretty too
She offer us to visit famous destination nearby, but we are too tired already
Overall it's very nice hotel , highly recommended

EEkaterina A...I liked the location a lot - the center of the center, 5 min to Florida, many places were reached by us on foot. Good service, 24/7 reception, mobile app for room and building keys, whatsapp with reception on all the matters. The apartment is very good, we asked for upper floor and city view from the 35th floor was amazing! Good swimming pool, and i would prefer it heated, but sauna helped a lot. I would only dream of dishwasher just not to waste time on this exercise by myself. Anyway, for sure i recommend this apartment.

GGuest UserThe room was very nice, with a large double bed. Breakfast was only available in the room, but was good. Language is an issue if you can't speak Spanish, however, the staff was very understanding, and with the translator app, it was a lot more easier to explain what we needed.
The room 303 which faces the road, was a bit noisy ,due to rubbish collection trucks parking right outside the hotel,and the driver would keep the engine running for nearly 45 to 60 minutes.
The thing that was a bit wrong was that when we checked out, the taxes were collected in cash, ARS pesos, which we were told when booking would be around 4,600, but we were charged nearly 13,000, which was higher than expected

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. The bedrooms are good and clean, the breakfast is very varied, everything is very fresh the location is also good, the uber and taxi arrives very quickly. The room has a very legal size. The reception was very nice.
The only thing I didn't mention in the reservation was the need for a credit card, but I did not like it much!

GGuest UserStayed for 6 days. The first room assigned was not well connected to the Internet, so I was assigned again and stayed on the 7th floor, but there was no Internet problem, but all facilities were old. There is a microwave called Gold Star ㅡ
The most important problem was that two people stayed for six days, but only two large towels, one washing towel, and one bathroom floor.
Even if you ask for more, you can make a reservation for one day and make a reservation for six days.
The number of toilet papers is the same, and if you need it, you're going to pay 10,000 pesos more.
If you're staying for a long time, you're booking two days, two days, two days.
I would recommend you make a reservation separately for 3 days and 3 days.
Another thing was that the bathroom door was broken, and it was trapped, and it opened the door outside.

별별사옹Breakfast was decent, and the staff were all friendly. The front desk staff, in particular, were very helpful and helpful on my first day.
The location was convenient for exploring the city, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was convenient. However, I slept cold due to the old heater, and the staff's friendliness seemed limited due to the old facilities.
On weekend nights, I had trouble sleeping due to the loud music playing late into the night.
If location and price are your top priority, I recommend this place. If clean facilities and quietness are your top priority, I wouldn't recommend this place.
