Innsbruck Hotels with Breakfast

The distance between the central train station and hotel is easy access. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. There are no kettles in the room but when requested, staff immediately sent to the room. During winter, there is no ventilation in the room and again when told to reception, fans were sent to the room. Rooms were spacious, bright and cozy. One of the room and the glass elevator had beautiful mountains views. The hotel ground level and restaurant had a nice atmosphere and aesthetic settings. The breakfast spread had very less options for Muslim guests but doable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. For the first two days, the weather was bad, so looking out the window, all I could see was a misty, foggy landscape, with the mountains reduced to a black and white silhouette. The real surprise came on the morning of the third day. When I habitually pulled back the curtains, my eyes were met with a stunning view: a clear blue sky and a continuous range of snow-capped mountains. The joy I felt was immediate and profound. Additionally, although my room was at the end of the hall, there was a spacious balcony right next to it that led to an emergency exit. This made it incredibly convenient for a quick stretch or exercise in the morning.

The hotel has a lot of potential with its fantastic location and beautiful interior, but unfortunately, my stay was ruined by poor service and maintenance issues. I happened to visit during a European heatwave, and the AC in my room completely failed, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn't easily contact the front desk. When I finally spoke to a staff member, they failed to pass the information along to the next shift. Additionally, the daytime staff lacked professionalism. During a conversation about my room situation, one female staff member spoke to me so loudly that other guests began to stare. While she wasn't outright rude, raising her voice was entirely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these communication and service gaps

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. Location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Breakfast: The breakfast variety was impressive! There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day. Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.

For the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous  Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries?  We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it  in good conscience.

Like the balcony in the room, nice scene that you may view the mountain top and house onto middle of the hill. Facility there is quite good even the hotel is not new build. Breakfast is enough and under good environment. Only the problem is the staff offer me four story room, that it is hard for a-60-lady to bring her luggage up to the room without lift. Luckily, I may store my luggage in previous hotel, to solve it.

The location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The gym, sauna, washing machines, and dryers are all free to use 24/7. Nearby, there's a Chinese and Japanese buffet, and in the evenings, there are amusement park rides. The transportation is excellent; you can walk to the city center or nearby shopping malls. For Austria, the value for money is exceptionally high.

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.* I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

The best thing of this hotel is location, not far from Innsbruck HBF (5 mins by walk or 1 bus station). You will see the big gate at inter-junction. And just 5 mins by walk to downtown and any tourist attractions. *****The most important thing is operation time of staff in only 7-11am and 3-7pm!!!! There are no any staffs with not operation time, so the door was lock. I had to walk back to train station for my luggage storage and pay more €20, tired and wasted the time. Please check your time to come for check-in at hotel***** The room is a bit tiny and loud from traffic outside and bell-ring from church. Staff were so nice and keen to help. Breakfast was very nice with variety of choices, such as; Cereal, Yogurt, Coffee, Cocoa, Tea, Milk, Bread, Ham, Cheese, Jam, etc. I love it!
