Outstanding
JJem PBeautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.
DdinisharifBest hotel ever! The receptionist are all nice, i love the location! Not too centre but still close to everywhere. The view was amazing and got free welcome drinks too!! Also you get free welcome card (free for all public transport in Innsbruck) Will come back in the future
PParttime travellerI recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall.
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which was a huge plus.
Breakfast: The breakfast variety was impressive! There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day.
Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.
2205371****I forgot to take pictures of the interior, but it is a great hotel. There is also one in Augsburg. We like them very much. The breakfast is the best one on this trip. The girl at the front desk is very nice. She wears national costumes and can speak Chinese. We Here comes a big hug and a very merry Christmas Eve. Next time you come to Innsbruck, this hotel will definitely be your best choice. Happy new year
AAndrew The GreatGenerally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help.
On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs.
Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.
OOnetrickjourneyAustria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is conveniently located about ten minutes from the bustling Altstadt. Bus stops are situated just outside the hotel, and the funicular station is right at the doorstep, making it very easy to get around. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for picking up snacks or drinks.
We arrived at around one in the afternoon, before the official check in time. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage, which gave us the freedom to head out and explore. When we returned later in the evening, the check in process was smooth and efficient, and we were assigned a room on level two.
The room was large and spacious, with ample space to relax. There were chairs and a table, which made it comfortable for resting after a long day out. The bathroom was equally spacious and came with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little too soft for our preference. Also, the footsteps from the room above could be heard but remained quiet during silent hours. Housekeeping and towel changes were done daily.
Overall, the hotel offered great comfort and excellent value for money. It was a very pleasant stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting Innsbruck.
GGuest UserFor the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries? We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it in good conscience.
GGuest UserTravel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.
JJohn Vincent (JV)*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.*
I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so.
Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background.
The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling.
Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast.
Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time.
Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.
KkoratakiLovely stay in the heart of Innsbruck
I had a great experience staying at a hotel right in the center of Innsbruck. The location was perfect — close to the old town, shops, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very calm. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the morning — a good variety of fresh options to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Innsbruck!
