Las Condes Hotels with Breakfast

Overall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

The environment is great, and the rooms are large and comfortable. It's right next to a shopping district. The hotel breakfast is also good with a wide variety of choices. It's very close to many attractions, so you can easily go out and explore.

The hotel is located in the new district, which is very safe. The front desk service is also very good. The sanitary environment is good, and slippers are provided. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, but it is really nice to be able to see the snow-capped mountains from a distance in the hotel.

The overall it's really good because the hotel it's firstly very well located as it's close to main Street (excellent transport) but in a small street. Very close to nice dining and commercial areas. It seems Brand New so everythings Shiny and very clean, people a very nice. I would say the only issues are the very bad window frames which don't isolate the noise of the street and I imagine also the cold weather in winter and the pillows which are uncomfortable. Beside those two points the hotel is fantastic

The scenery is particularly good and the location is also very good. There is a supermarket and park downstairs, and the shopping district is a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is also super good. Great~

It's a hotel just to spend the night. Do not expect any attention from the staff, like being on your honeymoon and a bottle of champagne as a courtesy, or a nice views from Tower C.

This stay was for a business trip. I stayed for one night. The floor was high and very quiet. It is in the eastern part of Chile (rich area). The environment is very good. It is next to the most prosperous luxury mall in Santiago. The transportation is convenient. There are all kinds of famous brands, shopping malls, supermarkets, nightclubs🪩, steak houses, and international cuisines around... The only thing I feel is that the hotel facilities are a bit old and the bed is a bit soft, but the overall feeling is still good. The front desk of the hotel is on the 13th floor. The first floor gate has to wait for someone to swipe the card or someone just comes out. Next door is a Chinese restaurant, it is very convenient to eat.
