Amazing
HHaiThis is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience.
I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect:
- staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests.
- check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff.
Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.
YyomiyomiCame back here again after 5days trip to easter island. It is good that they keep the luggages.
Location is just perfect. Three minutes from costanera center and 5 minutes from MUT.
VERY nice neighborhood.
AAlexeyOverall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.
GGuest UserHotel very well located. Good facilities. Regular cleaning, inside the box, a lot of dirt never being hygienized. Unspotted to keep clothes, despite having two double beds. Fast passage hotel two or three nights. The hotel offers liquid sabotage and shampoo, but the liquid sabotage is limited for a few nights, we leave the pot empty and they don't rest, at the reception when questioning are gross and they say it was a courtesy and you are damned.
RRuoruo306The hotel is located in the new district, which is very safe. The front desk service is also very good. The sanitary environment is good, and slippers are provided. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, but it is really nice to be able to see the snow-capped mountains from a distance in the hotel.
GGuest UserMaybe because of the conference, the rooms were full, so the price is a bit high, more than 3000 a night, but other than being a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it, the service is very good, the facilities are also good, and the scenery is pleasant. Oh, by the way, the breakfast is not good, there are too few things, even the cherries mentioned by other guests are not seen, there are only very limited ordinary fruits.
WWENRUIVery poor experience, some service staff attitude is very bad. The room is really too small, with space for one bed. Breakfast is too bad, nothing to eat, slightly more fruit.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable.
AAnonymous UserThe service of this hotel is very thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is also very good. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I will come again next time.
