GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

The overall experience was excellent. Here are the specific highlights: 1. **Rich Scenery and Culture:** (a) The scenic area features the ancient tomb of King Yue, complemented by an accompanying museum nearby. (b) The natural landscape is stunning, boasting expansive tea plantations and a picturesque lake. 2. **Diverse Free Activities:** (a) They offer horse riding vouchers, paddleboarding, and even a forest KTV. (b) In the evenings, you can enjoy setting off sparklers. (c) Unique experiences like pinecone gathering and forest sound healing are also available. 3. **Accommodation and Environment:** (a) **Pet-Friendly:** It's a very pet-friendly place; I saw many guests with their dogs. (b) **Room Facilities:** I stayed in a lake-view room. While the tent space wasn't particularly large, it was well-equipped despite its compact size. I especially loved the terrace overlooking the small lake, which offered a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. 4. **Exceptional Service:** The service attitude was genuinely excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient. We brought our own barbecue ingredients, and borrowed many tools from the hotel; the staff helped us deliver them repeatedly. Even when we missed breakfast, they still provided freshly ground coffee when we asked at the front desk. I truly recommend this place to everyone! Overall, this is an outstanding resort that excels in all aspects.

GGuest UserThe room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you! We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good. One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom. Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it.

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

HHefuyaoTo be honest, this was my first time staying at a Banyan Tree property, and I chose the one in Anji. I won't go on about the good points, but I do have a few areas I think could be improved. Firstly, the infinity pool being closed when it was over 30 degrees Celsius is questionable. Secondly, after swimming in the indoor pool, there were absolutely no towels available, not even a single one, and no bottled water either. Perhaps this was due to the off-season. Thirdly, during breakfast on the second day, my child found a hair in a pan-fried bun, which might have been due to it being freshly made. The dinner at both the Chinese and Thai restaurants was pretty good, and the butler was indeed very enthusiastic. The hotel environment was also quite good.

AAnonymous UserThe housekeeper, Xiao Zhang, was very enthusiastic and answered all questions. There were many amusement projects and we had a lot of fun. The traffic on May Day was not too high, so we didn't have to wait in line for a long time with our kids. The park was very close, and there were not a lot of food nearby. The hotel facilities were very complete, but the exterior paint was a bit old, and it would be more beautiful if it was newer. The hotel shuttle service was not uniform. Some drivers were very good and saw that we had a lot of luggage and helped drive to the door of the house where we lived to drop us off. When we came back tired at night, we took the bus and asked the driver to help send us to the door of the house. He was not willing to force us to go through the main entrance. I think this is unreasonable. After all, the service is not good enough for 2.6k a night, and there are not so many people that we can't handle it.

GGuest UserAnji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation! The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something. The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing! A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time. 4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options. Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

GGuest UserFrom the moment the first ray of sunshine in the morning shone on Anji, I set out on the road to the hotel. On the way, I received the hotel's check-in instructions, which I felt was very considerate. Then I drove over and found that the environment was really beautiful, especially after the rain in the afternoon. There was a wonderful artistic conception of an empty mountain after the rain. Sitting on the balcony in the middle of the night, cooking our own tea and chatting with friends, it reminded me of Su Shi going to comfort Zhang Huaimin in the middle of the night. The artistic conception was full.
