1. I have been chatting with the boss before I came. I asked this and that. The boss was very enthusiastic to answer. I felt embarrassed to be polite, so I brought Yunnan and Hunan specialties to the boss. People are mutual.
2. The boss’s cooking sentence is good. My friend and I bought the dishes for the boss to make. I dare to say that it is 10 times better than the outside. Hahaha, I sincerely suggest that you try the boss’s craftsmanship. After eating, I have been talking to us about life and ideals. During the chat, we also sent us beer. The money for the processing materials also reduced me by 20 yuan.
3. Because we came here in the off-season, the boss upgraded us to the best room. We can see the sunrise from the room early in the morning, which is great.
4. The breakfast boss gave us free, and hot juice, really special care.
5. (This one was added by my friend) The boss is very easygoing, kind, and always provides constructive advice. I give 5 points because the highest - there are 5 points!

QQingyuanwangThe hotel is surrounded by a nice environment, facing the sea, with blooming flowers in spring, chirping insects in summer, waves lapping the shore, and a gentle sea breeze.
The boss and his family are very kind! The food is delicious. This is my first time in Goji B&B, so I don't know what other hotels are like, but the room facilities are ok. Maybe it’s the peak season, the housing prices are touching, and the ones with better environments on the island are not cheap! The advantage is the nice scenery!
The water in Longquan Bay is relatively clean, but there is too much garbage on the beach. It may be because it is free, but I still hope that the village can improve the environmental sanitation of Longquan Beach!
The ticket to the deserted village is 60 yuan, and I personally feel it is not worth the price. It depends on one’s opinion! You can go down to the pier of the deserted village and take a boat to leave. It costs 50 yuan per person. There are about 10 people on a boat. If there are too many people, you will have to wait a long time!
Overall, I feel that the scenery of Goji Island is pretty good!

RRares MAn excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns.
All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

GGuest UserThe environment is quiet and natural. The ingredients are fresh, all eaten at the homestay, and you need to order in advance. It turns out that my decision is completely correct, the proprietress is delicious and the price is close to the people. It is far more delicious and affordable than the food stalls outside.
After dinner, go for a walk on the beach. I went back to the homestay for breakfast the next day, and then I could eat it. It was very rich and full.

XXiaojurenThe homestay I stayed at this time was super warm, the proprietress was very kind and enthusiastic, and the dishes were also superb. Every meal we had after going to the island was arranged by the proprietress herself. Staying in Qiju made people feel like ”homecoming”. The traffic on the island is not convenient, the proprietress will also enthusiastically help with the car, the price is reasonable, let our travel worry and effort. The location of the homestay is also very good, facing the sea, you can see Dawang Beach not far from the balcony, and it takes 20 minutes to walk from the wonders of the mountains and seas. Gouqi Island will continue to choose 257 Qiju in the future.

LLiuliuzhiyueliangChoosing Wuma B&B was hands down the smartest decision we made for our Hualiao Island trip! The B&B is just a ten-minute walk to Nanao Beach and very close to Beiao Beach for viewing the bioluminescent sea, making it super convenient for water activities in summer. The island weather was cool, with a gentle sea breeze that kept it from feeling hot at all.
Our itinerary was very relaxed: mornings were spent enjoying tea and reading in the B&B's courtyard. For lunch, we'd head to a recommended restaurant for freshly caught mussels and grouper, costing only 50-60 yuan per person – incredibly good value! In the afternoons, we visited attractions like Hualiao Lighthouse, Tiger Cave, and Cloud Mist Cave. The island is wonderfully quiet as there are no cars, and you can practically explore the entire place in flip-flops (except for the lighthouse, which requires a sightseeing shuttle).
In the evening, we'd return to the B&B and watch the sunset by the pool. The sunset glow painted the entire bay red – it was so breathtaking it left us speechless. At night, we were lucky enough to see the bioluminescent sea again. The B&B staff even proactively took us to the beach to chase the 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton) – it was truly stunning!
The service at Wuma B&B made us feel right at home. The owner helped us buy ferry tickets and offered valuable travel tips. Overall, our Hualiao Island trip was made even more perfect thanks to Wuma B&B. We're already looking forward to our next 'slow living' getaway!

LLanlinlucyThis guesthouse, perched on a hill, seems to be quite popular with influencers, featuring many Instagrammable photo spots. Both the rooms and the restaurant boast floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, with the rooms directly facing the Rainbow Lighthouse. The restaurant's view is also fantastic; having breakfast with that sea view in the morning is incredibly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the weather on our first day was terrible, with strong winds and heavy rain, which completely dampened my enthusiasm for taking photos. I imagine it would be amazing to visit in the summer! The in-room amenities were a bit lacking; perhaps to maintain a stylish look, there weren't many power outlets. However, the service attitude was absolutely superb—they were always ready to help. They even gave plenty of advice to us fishing novices who were enthusiastic but unskilled. I must also mention the free pick-up and drop-off service, which saved us a good amount of money, considering that taxi fares on Shengshan and Gouqi Islands can be quite expensive. The recommended driver was also very nice. I'd definitely come back in the summer just for this level of service!
