GGuest User✨Walk into the ideal home, you will get 1️⃣The best commanding view of the whole island, facing the sea, spring flowers blooming, open vision and sea breeze, all are yours! 2️⃣Reasonable room layout, draw the gauze curtain to enjoy the open experience of indoor and outdoor integration, multiple angles and distances to confirm that privacy is within an acceptable range! 3️⃣The appliances in the room are the same as those used in my home. As soon as I entered the house, I felt like I was back home, very comfortable!
❤️Praise the housekeeper sister and brother of other people's houses for being so nice! When I first arrived on the island, the temperature suddenly dropped. The sister lent me a super windproof coat to wear. The next day, my sweater fell into the sea again. It was not dry when I left after several days of drying. As it turned out, this coat saved me for three days! Grateful heart! ❤️Praise the breakfast every morning. The porridge and side dishes are really comfortable and delicious! The restaurant also has a large window with an unbeatable view. The day's comfort starts with breakfast. It's really great. ❤️I like to listen to music and play board games in the restaurant after a day of walking around. ENDING👉🏻Flower and Bird Island is a lovely island. It is super great to meet other people's housekeepers here. It's like visiting an old friend's house. It's free and comfortable, warm and happy! I also met very interesting ”neighbors”. We all live in the same B&B. We meet in various places in a day. In the end, we can greet and say goodbye like old friends. It's really interesting (I was moved to tears)!

We really responded to our requests. We couldn't buy a return ticket at the time, so my uncle even helped us buy a return bus and boat ticket. There was a bus right after we got off the ship, and we could take the bus directly to Dawang Bus Station. My uncle even came to pick us up at the B&B. On the day before we left, we planned to buy some mussels to take back to Shanghai, so my aunt helped cook them, and when we came back, we fried them again. They were very delicious!
After arriving at the B&B, be sure to chat more with the aunt so that you can avoid some pitfalls, including how to go to scenic spots, how to take a taxi, etc. Dawang Beach and the bus station are very close to the B&B~

But precisely because of this, you get to enjoy a private beach all to yourself, a refreshing change from the crowded Jihu Beach. You can head to the beach whenever you like for a swim or stroll, and even try foraging for seafood in the mornings. The 'Stargazer Dome' can get quite warm in summer, so make sure to turn on the AC well in advance. Despite this, the views are absolutely stunning. The butler service is also excellent; they'll help you book taxis, arrange electric scooter rentals, and even provide complimentary joint tickets for the Liujingtan and Shangtao areas. For those who enjoy hiking, it's definitely worth exploring on foot.

【Location of B&B】: 4.5 points! It is at the westernmost part of Shengsi Island. I read the reviews saying it was quiet and comfortable, with good service and sunset sea view, so I booked it. It takes more than ten minutes to drive from Jihu Village. The fishing port is at the doorstep. You have to climb a very high concrete staircase uphill. There are many climbing plants and flowers outside the homestay, which is very pleasing to the eye with the blue sky and white clouds.
【Accommodation facilities】: 4.8 points! I made a mistake online, thinking that every room could see the sea, so I booked the creek room. But when I arrived, I found out that I was wrong 😂 This is the only room that can't see the sea, but I'm still satisfied with the room. It's small, but full of texture everywhere I look, and it's a rare homestay style. I feel like I'm living in a cave full of security (not a derogatory term, haha). I put the baby on the bed, and she was so happy looking at the leaves outside the window and babbling. The facilities in the room are very complete (except for the lack of cotton towels and bath towels). I really like their washbasin and basin, which is very suitable for washing the baby's butt. 👍 In addition, it is recommended to replace the disposable toilet mat with a non-woven one. ❌, except for the smart replacement toilet mat, which is plastic, the self-service replacement toilet mat is made of plastic, which is really useless, and the experience is worse than having nothing!
【B&B service】: 5 points! On the day of check-in, they called in advance to inquire about the check-in time and added WeChat to keep follow-up; they came to pick us up at the destination and helped with the luggage; they turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance and prepared mosquito repellent and welcome fruits (❌One complaint: the longan has become dried longan); when I asked for travel advice, it was sent to me immediately; good night stew was delivered to the room in the evening; there was breakfast in the morning; and when I checked out, because the baby was asleep, I told the housekeeper that I might check out later, and he agreed. It was very considerate!
[B&B hygiene]: 3.4 points! The overall look is very clean and tidy, but the details are not easy to figure out. When washing up after the trip, my husband found a used disposable toothbrush and a dusty scrub bag in the shower. It was probably blocked by the edge of the shelf and the cleaning staff didn't see it. But for consumers, that means the shower room was not cleaned. In the end, it was discovered that there were indeed stains on the washing hardware (including the sink) that had not been wiped off, and the housekeeper was informed of it when checking out.
[Others]: Overall, I highly recommend staying here. The service is good and makes people feel that they are being taken seriously. I also like the hardware facilities and environment. The original village is also suitable for strolling. Before checking out, I asked the housekeeper to take me to see other rooms. Next time I come here, I will choose their house.
