Tiantai County Hotels with Breakfast

We stayed here during the Qingming Festival, and the hotel was almost fully booked. Despite that, the service was exceptionally attentive. Initially, I didn't have high expectations, especially when the navigation led us to the underground parking lot, I thought, 'Oh no, am I about to regret this?' But then, we arrived at the lobby just in time for fish feeding, which delighted my child, and the scenery was beautiful – it was a lovely start. As for the room, we booked a deluxe king room, and I loved the layout; the sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom was a great feature. The soundproofing was excellent, we couldn't hear a thing. The hairdryer was a Dyson, and the mini-bar, slippers, toiletries, and complimentary fruit and tremella soup were all of good quality, showing real care. I also booked a courtyard suite for my in-laws, which had an even more charming ambiance. The old street had performances during the holiday, and there were also snacks and a Starbucks right outside, perfect for a stroll. Overall, a great experience!

The village is full of B&Bs, the environment is very quiet, and the lotus flowers bloom beautifully in summer. It's very convenient to drive to Tiantai New Town for dinner in 5 minutes. If you don't have a car, you can order food at the farmhouse in the village. . It only takes 10 minutes to drive to Guoqing Temple, which is quite close. . The room is clean and tidy. The first floor downstairs turns into a small bar at night, but it's not noisy. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and will choose our village next time she comes to Guoqing Temple.

Fantastic Stay Near Guoqing Temple! I had a wonderful experience at this guesthouse. It’s perfectly located, just a 10-minute walk to Guoqing Temple, which is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. The guesthouse itself offers a very relaxing atmosphere—quiet, cozy, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! Freshly made and full of flavor, it was the perfect way to start the day. There are also some small, local restaurants nearby that serve tasty meals, so you don’t have to go far for a good bite. The surroundings are peaceful, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the temple or simply looking for a calm, pleasant stay with great food!

I have played in Tiantai Mountain for three consecutive years, and I have lived in Lexing Huaju twice. The last time I stayed at this homestay was 24 years. I personally felt that the second floor of the 24-year stay was still cost-effective. The hotel I stayed in for 25 years, the room I saw in the hair before I came this year was upgraded, and I decisively continued to choose this. I lived on the 4th floor this time, and I still like this decoration very much. The bed was very comfortable and I slept for two nights. One of the advantages of the homestay for me is that it is more convenient to go anywhere. It is that you want to go to Guoqing Temple and walk there, and then it is very convenient and not far from the high-speed rail station, Chicheng Mountain, Tongbai Palace, Qiongtai Xiangu. This time I talked to the aunt of the hotel and talked about the last time I lived in the vicinity of not so many homestays in the past 24 years. This time I came to live in a homestay, and there were many new homestays nearby. But I still like it very much. I should stay again next time I come to the rooftop. Because the breakfast made by my aunt is really healthy and delicious! ! ! Seeing that the follow-up homestay will be renamed, I think the new name and the current temperament of the homestay are also very suitable. I wish the homestay business is booming and meet more people who like it, and can spend a relaxing and happy time on the rooftop. The proprietress was very good and upgraded my room. Because I was going to hike the ancient road the next day, I wanted to buy some supplies and rainproof coats. The proprietress drove the battery car directly to take me to the shopping mall in the county, and ran a few stores to choose a coat. I heard that I was going to climb the mountain, and I was very enthusiastic to lend me the trekking pole. The breakfast in the morning was also made by the proprietress herself, very rich, especially the freshly made paste is particularly delicious. The homestay is very close to Guoqing Temple, and you can go directly to the door by walking directly to the small road in the village, which is very convenient. The surrounding scenery is also beautiful, especially when it is foggy on rainy days.

Choose this place! It's fantastic! The discounted double room was even upgraded! The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, great water pressure, new facilities, and excellent soundproofing. The rooftop waterfall is visible from the window. The guesthouse has charging stations, which is a big plus. It has its own parking lot and a courtyard. The breakfast is quite plentiful, and the owner even cooked dinner when we arrived. The price is very reasonable, and we even went to karaoke. It felt like coming home. The couple is so nice. I'll definitely come back next time.

Pushing the window is a beautiful scenery! The eldest sister's terrace is a great location to watch the sunrise (although there was fog in the mountains that day, covering the sun ☀️)! The local breakfast made by the eldest sister is delicious and can't stop! Self-driving preferred. Will definitely come again 😊😊😊

The location is very good. Just a short walk to the right when you go out is the Tiantai Mountain Visitor Center. You can take a bus to the waterfall (buy a ticket and you can take a round trip). Go out and walk a few minutes to the left and cross the bridge to Guoqing Temple. The room is very clean and tidy. The owner is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich and generous. The big black dog at home is very smart. He doesn't bark when he sees a guest coming. He is actually afraid of scaring you and will take the initiative to step back and give way.

I arrived at the hotel quite late, so I didn't get to experience most of its special features. Pros: 1. The hotel and room decor are tastefully done and the style is very appealing. 2. The bedding quality is excellent, with a high thread count, making it incredibly comfortable – a rare find in China. Cons: 1. The room signage is pretty poor; finding my way back to the room often felt like navigating a maze. 2. The staff-to-guest ratio is extremely low. Arriving in the evening, there was practically no service available. 3. The check-in wait time was excessively long. Given that it wasn't peak check-in time and there weren't many guests, this was quite unusual. 4. Despite checking in late, my request for a late checkout was denied with the reason 'fully booked.' Perhaps I've been spoiled by other hotels, but I don't think checking out at 2 PM is an unreasonable request. Even if the hotel is full, internal coordination could surely accommodate guest needs. Using this as a refusal only makes me feel the hotel's management is subpar, and I see no reason to return to see if their service has improved. 5. Breakfast was quite mediocre. The croissants were delicious, but everything else was just okay. The only live cooking station for noodles managed to produce something identical to instant ramen.

The hotel's ambiance is a major plus. Firstly, its location is excellent, right next to Guoqing Temple. Secondly, the exterior is aesthetically pleasing, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby's decor is also quite artistic and tasteful. As for facilities, the breakfast restaurant on the third floor offers a great selection. On the first floor, there's a vegetarian noodle shop and a popular 'influencer' coffee shop. The service stands out with many activities available. I participated in the Guoqing Temple exploration, which was very rewarding. The Yijinjing exercise class was also good, and they even offered complimentary congee in the evening.
