"The front desk staff were polite, but there was a used tissue from the previous guest on the counter, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, it was good – the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. The only minor drawbacks were that there was no doorman to help with luggage upon arrival, and the welcome fruit wasn't washed and even had some spoiled pieces. It's not super close to the Old Street, BUT there are electric bikes right nearby that are really fun to ride!"

"The standard room I booked was upgraded to a family room when I arrived. The room was large, spacious and bright. The bathroom was equipped with a disposable toilet seat. "This hotel, opening in 2026, is an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Tiantai, and my experience was fantastic! The staff provided outstanding service, and the location is superb. Although there's no subway nearby, it's very close to the high-speed rail station. The high-floor views are simply breathtaking – my room was above the 30th floor, and sitting on the sofa in the evening, admiring the scenery outside the window, offered a sense of relaxation that's truly hard to describe. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet quality decor. All the facilities are brand new, including an electric heated toilet and a very comfortable mattress. The attention to detail really shines through, making for a wonderfully relaxing stay. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!"

The hotel facilities are a bit old, and it is a renovation of an old store, but the maintenance is still good. The service is commendable, very considerate and patient. "The second time I came to Taizhou Tiantai Mountain, I chose a hotel close to the high-speed rail station. This hotel is very new, the room is clean and tidy, intelligent, the bathroom is separated, the bedding is very comfortable, especially to point out that the morning is quite rich, and I stayed for two days, the breakfast variety is different. There are many restaurants nearby, 900 bowls are recommended, and there is a shopping mall to visit. The hotel can definitely be said to be cheap and good, and I will definitely book it next time I come to Taizhou, it is very recommended."

"New Hanting is small and beautiful, not losing the whole season 4.0, maximize the use of space to create a comfortable and convenient living environment. "The stay experience was very satisfactory. The room was cleaned very meticulously, the corners were clean and refreshing, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was very stable. The check-in at the front desk was quick and friendly, the staff responded promptly, and the service was intimate and proportional. "By chance, we brushed this newly opened homestay. We took the dog all the way from the north to drive there. This is difficult to find a friendly, clean, warm and thoughtful place for the dog. The manager likes photography and likes small animals. Auntie warmly helps prepare breakfast and recommends suitable routes for us. Originally planned to stay for one night to continue to set off, because it was too comfortable and renewed for one night, the only regret is that the manager happened to have something to do, and I couldn't talk about the wine. I look forward to the next time!"

"This hotel is just a 3-minute walk to Ji Gong's Former Residence. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a complimentary coffee machine. The breakfast area is also quite large (didn't order breakfast, so no comment there). The front desk staff were polite, courteous, and answered all our questions.
The family room was spacious, comfortable, and practical; we could easily open three 20-inch suitcases without feeling cramped. The room had a bench seat, but it could use a cushion and a small table (a movable or wall-mounted folding one would be even better). I couldn't find a mini-fridge.
The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, an automatic flush toilet, and a shower with great water pressure – very comfortable. The bedding was clean and comfortable (though a bit creased), and the mattress was a medium firmness. Our window faced a small lane, so it was quiet at night. However, the soundproofing between rooms was a bit lacking; if you have early-rising seniors next door, their voices can really carry through..."

KkkkkkkyjThe village is full of B&Bs, the environment is very quiet, and the lotus flowers bloom beautifully in summer. It's very convenient to drive to Tiantai New Town for dinner in 5 minutes. If you don't have a car, you can order food at the farmhouse in the village. . It only takes 10 minutes to drive to Guoqing Temple, which is quite close. . The room is clean and tidy. The first floor downstairs turns into a small bar at night, but it's not noisy. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and will choose our village next time she comes to Guoqing Temple.

The hotel is right by the old Zhexi Street in Tiantai. After arriving at Tiantai Mountain Station by high-speed rail, the hotel thoughtfully provides a free shuttle service. The moment I arrived in Tiantai, I had a great feeling. The distant mountains stretched endlessly, and the water was a vibrant green. The old street seems to be a retro district built along the banks of the original stream, but with its pavilions, waterside structures, ocher stones, and the winding, cascading stream, the giant stepping stones spanning both banks, and the ocher-colored rock slopes peeking out of the water, it's a very well-designed area. Xi Ye (the hotel) is located right on the bank in the core area. Just a few steps to the right is Rong Xiaoguan, to the left is Starbucks, and diagonally opposite is BaWangChaJi. As soon as you enter the hotel, the whole world seems to quiet down. A huge floor-to-ceiling window overlooks a lush green view. There's a pond with koi fish swimming, and two or three clusters of azaleas blooming. The design of this hotel immediately captivated me. Entering the room, it was a spacious 50-60 square meters, with welcome snacks, a minibar, afternoon tea, turndown service with a late-night snack, Le Labo 33 toiletries, custom boat-shaped slippers, a black hotel-branded canvas bag, and even a small wooden prayer bead bracelet. All these details spoke volumes about the hotel's thoughtfulness. I will definitely come back. I love Xi Ye, and I loved the two local eateries I tried; it felt like every chef there was a hidden master, with every dish full of deliciousness and surprises. I came to stay at Xi Ye for Guoqing Temple, and for Xi Ye, I'd be willing to come to Tiantai again next time.

Guest UserThe proprietress was very good and upgraded my room. Because I was going to hike the ancient road the next day, I wanted to buy some supplies and rainproof coats. The proprietress drove the battery car directly to take me to the shopping mall in the county, and ran a few stores to choose a coat. I heard that I was going to climb the mountain, and I was very enthusiastic to lend me the trekking pole. The breakfast in the morning was also made by the proprietress herself, very rich, especially the freshly made paste is particularly delicious. The homestay is very close to Guoqing Temple, and you can go directly to the door by walking directly to the small road in the village, which is very convenient. The surrounding scenery is also beautiful, especially when it is foggy on rainy days.

The B&B is near Guoqing Temple, just a dozen minutes' walk away. There is also the Tiantai Museum and delicious seafood nearby, all within walking distance. It is super convenient.
The breakfast was made by Auntie herself. The day we went there was the winter solstice, so she made winter solstice dumplings, which were delicious.
Very considerate, and also prepared disposable bath towels and face towels, very good

RuantuotuoChoose this place! It's fantastic! The discounted double room was even upgraded! The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, great water pressure, new facilities, and excellent soundproofing. The rooftop waterfall is visible from the window. The guesthouse has charging stations, which is a big plus. It has its own parking lot and a courtyard. The breakfast is quite plentiful, and the owner even cooked dinner when we arrived. The price is very reasonable, and we even went to karaoke. It felt like coming home. The couple is so nice. I'll definitely come back next time.

Pushing the window is a beautiful scenery! The eldest sister's terrace is a great location to watch the sunrise (although there was fog in the mountains that day, covering the sun ☀️)! The local breakfast made by the eldest sister is delicious and can't stop! Self-driving preferred. Will definitely come again 😊😊😊

Tonic_I arrived at the hotel quite late, so I didn't get to experience most of its special features.
Pros:
1. The hotel and room decor are tastefully done and the style is very appealing.
2. The bedding quality is excellent, with a high thread count, making it incredibly comfortable – a rare find in China.
Cons:
1. The room signage is pretty poor; finding my way back to the room often felt like navigating a maze.
2. The staff-to-guest ratio is extremely low. Arriving in the evening, there was practically no service available.
3. The check-in wait time was excessively long. Given that it wasn't peak check-in time and there weren't many guests, this was quite unusual.
4. Despite checking in late, my request for a late checkout was denied with the reason 'fully booked.' Perhaps I've been spoiled by other hotels, but I don't think checking out at 2 PM is an unreasonable request. Even if the hotel is full, internal coordination could surely accommodate guest needs. Using this as a refusal only makes me feel the hotel's management is subpar, and I see no reason to return to see if their service has improved.
5. Breakfast was quite mediocre. The croissants were delicious, but everything else was just okay. The only live cooking station for noodles managed to produce something identical to instant ramen.

Its a large complex. Lots of walking to and from things. But it still maintains charm. The rooms and materials, I found excellent. The hot spring section is nice place to hangout in the cool mountain air evenings. Hot springs don’t go above 38 Celsius though which was a bit disappointing, but still a good experience. I appreciated the late checkout at 2pm. The breakfast is a loud and rowdy affair. OK food. Walking distance to Guoqing Temple which was a great visit, although crowded like everything in China. O

Anonymous UserThe location is very good. Just a short walk to the right when you go out is the Tiantai Mountain Visitor Center. You can take a bus to the waterfall (buy a ticket and you can take a round trip). Go out and walk a few minutes to the left and cross the bridge to Guoqing Temple. The room is very clean and tidy. The owner is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich and generous. The big black dog at home is very smart. He doesn't bark when he sees a guest coming. He is actually afraid of scaring you and will take the initiative to step back and give way.

ShijianziyouzheThe package voucher booked can be used after the holiday. The price is affordable and the room type is upgraded. The accompanying dinner is much more cost-effective than a la carte. The ingredients are fresh and taste great. The complimentary fruits and good night desserts are also delicious. The breakfast is also very rich, and there are local special snacks.
The location is excellent, right next to the Guoqing Temple scenic area. To see the Shiliang Waterfall, Huading Azalea and other scenic spots, you only need to walk to the tourist center. There are special buses to take you there, which is very convenient for transfers. It's just that the road is dark at night, and there are no fun and good restaurants nearby, so it's not suitable for going out, but the hotel has arranged a variety of activities, and the food is also very good😋
