Xiangtan Hotels with Breakfast

THE place to stay in Shaoshan. I felt like I was at home, tucked into a quiet wooded corner of town. They helped me organize my short stay, drove me around, and cooked up an excellent breakfast. They were great company and my only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. (The room was perfect; the pictures speak for themselves.)

The hotel is quite new, room is clean and service is pretty good, every alternative day, there will be some complementary snack given to you at the counter. Whole in lobby waiting, the staff will offer you chinese tea to drink. Very attentive to anything happens in the room and will fix the problem as soon as possible. The con is food is limited in varieties daily, I would propose to get a fresh coffee grind machine, didn't like the instant coffee mix machine. Secondly, if your room is facing the main road, it can awfully get noisy.

Location: less than 2 kilometers from the scenic spot, own parking lot Facilities: The homestay does not have an elevator to understand, there is air conditioning, you can watch TV on the first floor, free programs on the TV in the room, non-disposable slippers, disposable towels, and drinking water. After booking, call in advance to inquire about the time of arrival. Considering that the scenic spot is not convenient for parking, she takes the initiative to provide a free ferry service from the hotel to the scenic spot. Dining: breakfast 10 yuan/person, white rice porridge, boiled eggs, steamed buns, rice noodles, side dishes, rice noodles & porridge can be added for free. You can order lunch and dinner, the price is reasonable, most of the dishes are OK Comprehensive cost-effective

Stayed in a room in the main building. The hotel is in a good location, close to South Railway Station and not far from Shaoshan. The hotel facilities are good and the layout is very charming. The waiters were all friendly and the service was attentive. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Manager Li Xiu. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are relatively affordable, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, which can satisfy those who like swimming and stay near Shaoshan. There is a gift shop downstairs for convenient shopping. The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a washing machine, which is still a traditional hotel practice. There are also no laundry bags for dirty clothes, but rudimentary plastic bags are provided.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed from the sound quality and awesome video features in the room, to the friendly staff and awesome location overtop a huge awesome underground mall. I can't stress enough how amazing this place truly is 10 out of 10. I got off the train in Xiangtan not knowing what to expect and because of this amazing hotel I am so happy I did.

Booked for my family, on the 33rd floor, with a great view. The triple room was spacious, bright, well-laid out, quiet, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It's right above Wanda Plaza, with many dining options nearby. The hotel called a day in advance to let us know the parking location, which is opposite the hotel. The breakfast was decent, with fresh ingredients, including freshly cooked noodles, which tasted very good. High value for money, very satisfied.

The owners of this place are the nicest people ever! Even though we did not ask, they gave us a ride to and from the train station as well as to Chairman Mao's former residence. The location is great, it would not have been a long walk but the ride made our visit even smoother. The hosts gave us Chairman Mao pins for free and made us delicious breakfast for a really cheap price. They truly are such nice people! They don't speak much English but I'm sure you would manage just fine with a translator app. The room was a great fit for us, two couples travelling together, and it had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night since there is not a whole lot to see in this town but we would have loved to stay for longer just because the hosts were so nice. This hotel has lived for ten years, so it can be compared to the degree of service attitude decline. This year, the front desk service and the service attitude of sending rolls of paper are too bad, and the service attitude of the previous years is not the same. Is it a change of management, management is too different from the previous feeling of being at home. The manager should criticize. The first time I had breakfast at the hotel, the beef miscellaneous rice noodles toppings, the mountain pepper oil was very good, I hope I can eat the same taste next time.

The front desk service attitude is particularly gentle and patient, the whole process of communication is smooth and meticulous, any questions will be answered seriously, will not be perfunctory, especially people feel comfortable and practical. The hotel is strategically located in the center of the pedestrian street, it is very convenient to travel, eat, drink and play. The hotel room was very clean and it was changed for each guest. Although the hotel is in the center of the pedestrian street, but fortunately there is no nightlife, so it will not be too noisy at night, the living is very comfortable, sleep very at ease, it is recommended.

Stayed for one night. Was not my first choice, but had to stay here because foreigners allowed at this hotel. Many other hotels in Xiangxiang do not allow foreigners to check-in. Check-in process was smooth, and staff courteous and professional. Standard room with the standard amenities. Located right in the city center. Could not comment on other aspects because did not experience/use.
